  1. I enjoyed it as well, even if it proves to be a rather costly evening. ? Nice that we can do this on a regular basis. You also motivated me to get the foil work started on my '59 as well.
  2. Friday and Saturday are open, but you still need to sort. ?
  3. Looking good ?
  4. I went through there a number of years ago and brought back plenty of pics of those models.
  5. Great cars. I have a couple just like them that I built from my parts boxes.
  6. Love this generation Nova. I will be following.
  7. Great work with the added interior detail, but I must say that the omission of the wing window cranks stand out rather glaringly since you added the others.
  8. That is a beauty. We had two 69's growing up. Two door hardtop with fastback roof, white with navy blue vinyl top and interior. Also a Kingswood wagon. Navy blue ext/int. The blue on that wagon was gorgeous. I will be following for sure.
  9. Both...both is good.
  10. Did some trading for these additions to my '59-'60 collection.
  11. Been plugging away at this for awhile now. It was started 8-9ish years ago. All I had finished was the bare chassis. It has a resin panel truck body with smoothed hood and running boards. If you look at pictures of the real thing, you can tell it is not 100% accurate, but still looks good. I now have the wheels and paint figured out. Still much to go.
  12. Thanks for all the positive comments everyone. Now I need to start the next Falcon. ?
  13. Love that era of motorcycles, and you did a great job with this one.
  14. Thanks a lot. It is now in the under glass section.
  15. Finally...! This one was a journey, that's for sure. It started out a sow's ear and ended up being...well...let's just call it a tweed purse. ? The poor thing had been abused over the years and needed lots of tlc. It was a learning curve for me as I had never chopped up a model like this before. Thanks for all that followed the wip, your encouragement helped keep me focused. A link to the wip...
  16. That should look better than the blue when it's finished.
  17. Sorry for the delay. I had fits with the grill/bumper. Had to redo it twice and the base paint took forever to strip. Good enough for who it's for. Should have it under glass in the next day or so.
  18. Thanks again everyone, l just loved building this.
  19. On the fence about the rear wheel treatment, but really like all the little details.
  20. Awesome work!
  21. Does anyone have one they want to get rid of? After reading this thread, I want to try one. ?
  22. Great trade with Vettegasser. Would do so again in a heartbeat.
