  1. Fantastic job!! I love Tamiya kits for their level of detail, quality, and ease of construction.
  2. Very nice build Ray!!
  3. Excellent job!!
  4. Fantastic work, paint and detail are outstanding!
  5. Excellent job, very good looking model.
  6. My last build was this same kit, but I used some left over Jungle Jim decals and painted it blue. You are right, it's a pretty easy kit to build, but some of the parts were frustrating. You did a great job on it!
  7. That is really nice, I've been wanting to try an open wheeled car, I guess I'm going to have to give one a shot.
  8. That is a wild looking ride!!
  9. Like the rest of this build those wheelie bars are modeling art!! Truly amazing work.
  10. Well the kit might leave a lot to be desired but your build is very well done! Nice job.
  11. Great looking Camaro, really nice build.
  12. Very cool Ray, great job on it, love the paint color!
  13. I've always thought the '55 is one of the best looking trucks ever and you did a real nice job on yours.
  14. Very nice looking, both builds look great!
  15. Thanks everyone, this was a model that basically fell together, not a lot of parts and everything fit well. I was really surprised how well the Jungle Jim decals fit on the body.
  16. Great detail work Marcos! This is going to be a fantastic model
  17. Great job, looks fantastic!
  18. Here he is with his competition! The Bigfoot model was built about 20 years ago as part of a monthly build for a model group I was part of back in Arizona.
  19. What if Jungle Jim had not died in 1977, would he have been crazy enough to try something different like monster trucks? I think he would!! He was a showman, and what better place for a showman in the late 80's and early 90's than match racing with Bigfoot? Anyway, this is a fictitious Jungle Jim rendition of a Chevy Silverado monster truck. I used the USA-1 Revell kit and some unused Jungle Jim funny car decals to make this mostly box stock truck. It's painted with Tamiya light metallic blue with a Tamiya brown and desert yellow interior. The tires and under carriage are slightly weathered. I used a Competition Resins Crower 8 port injector and scoop, and a parts box blower. It was just a fun, quick, "what if" build.
  20. Very nice build. The detail on the engine is excellent!
  21. That is a great looking truck, very clean build.
  22. Mike, you are truly a model "builder". That is some amazing work! I'm happy when I get the contents of the parts in the box to come together to make a decent looking model. This is going to be one nice looking altered.
