Think the engraving would be so fine, that it will be lost under the plating undercoat, if the market demands, a decal would be the way to go IMHO

Ha, now that you show that, I do remember a Renault (think it was a R12) in the village where I grew up with the S&H paint scheme..

The SVT has the grille part molded-in, a pain to paint IMHO.

The front clip has the grille area molded open, with a separate insert for the grilles, on the plated tree. it also has engraved H/D badging on the fenders where normally the F150 is and it also has another end piece for the exhaust...there might be more but don't have a flareside supercab kit handy...

You should only focus on the rocker panels, cuz on the rear the quarterpanel goes deeper (undercut?) then the floorboard, so technically one should simulate that with a piece of tape and spray over that. The longitudinal (enginebay framerails) should have a bit color from above, due to spraying the enginebay, Also think the factory painters sprayed with a 45° angel to cover the rockers and bottom of the fenders, rockers, and front and rear splash panels (panels below the bumpers) Someone who has been painting real cars in a factory setting will know for certain

I doubt anything will be changed tooling wise, and that it also will be molded in red. The only differences will be, Italian or Portuguese decals, instruction sheet and cardboard wrapper.
