  1. Chrysler sold Dodge Darts in Brasil with 318s which were the biggest V8 built there. Ford made Brazilian Galaxies with 289-302s. Darts became popular Chargers unti lLee Iococa sold Chrysler Brasil in 1979. Model Car World sells a resin copy of probably the Amt1964 Chevelle wagon kit. I think it is $10
  2. V8s not used in Brasil because fuel costs too much
  3. Nice work. I been trying to make a Opala for years. It's based on a German Opel Reckford using a 4100 litre chevy six.
  4. I feel that Stevens and Round2 are attached at the hip somehow, so its of interest to promote accurate information

MIchelle, you did a nice job building this kit. I found it difficult to assemble. Mine does not sit well; too high.
  6. I have the Vespa set that looks dated now
  7. I am amazed at ho many people are building this kit as not a Supernatural car.
  8. It's a 1961 original with open trunk.
  9. Craftsman Nova is good enough since the hood is open and ready for a 327 or 283
  10. I wonder if the TV show converted a Caprice into an Impala?
  11. Has the wrong mufflers too. MIssing -Link was selling the correct small bumper and even chromed
  12. The problem is the ERTL 1971 reissue was a luke warm 1973. They kept the 1973 5mph bumper.
  13. This kit has been issued with a stock or custom interior, but not both at the same time. It's some work but you can create an early '80s Coupe de ville from this kit.
  14. Does this kit have any relation to the AMT 1928 Ford A sedan?
  15. This kit premiered with the AMT 1969 annual regurgitation series; had awesome boxes. There is a 1966 Galaxie called Sweet Bippy.
  16. NIce clean work. This kit should return.
  17. I have a couple of these kits too. Still in the box.If Modelhaus still in business, I'd say buy their grille.
  18. Little Motor Car in PA
  19. Revell turned this kit into a funny car. Not that funny, I may add as all the stock parts went missing afterwards.
  20. I built my Buddy L Texaco piece by piece. Many stabs at Ebay to get the parts.
  21. It's too bad Dr. Olsmobile died! Great job on a terrific model Steve.
  22. I patiently waited for this kit in the Fall of 1964. The Palmer version came out before the AMT. What a bummer. My original 65 Impala was bought in 1965. It died from the brake fluid removing paint. Aparently the plastic didn't like the brake fluid and micro cracks occurred and I couldn't keep it together. I sold it in the 90s falling apart.
  23. Very nice work. The 1970 Roadrunner is my favorite Mopar subject.
  24. Nice job on this Nova, Front fenders can be a bit finicky. AMT did this to sell the Novacaine kit with different fenders and then selling the Ventura kit with totally different front end. Don't say that" they don't make them like they used to anymore." This kit is proof.
