  1. Due to the bumpers, It may be a better 1972 Challenger. It's a Palmer copy of the MPC kit. It's not bad, but needs some refinement.
  2. The palmer Owens boat with twin Evinrudes is decent
  3. MPC did a bunch of odd stuff. 69 Coronet called Mission Impossible. 69 Cougar called Super Cat. 70 Impala called Bat Machine. Round 2 could Make a 70 Cougar without killing their 69.
  4. I miss ERTL. Now AMT creativity is gone.
  5. This looks like a pre-ERTL AMT kit with 1968 glass (vent windows)
  6. This is how the BIG GM convertible windshields look like. Excellent job Ron.
  7. Art has a good point. Remember the AMT Camaros became funny cars and ERTL rebadged the MPC Camaro as an AMT. To me , the MPC Camaro was too small and the AMT looked better. I compared an AMT Camaro to the Revell and they seemed pretty close. The Detroit boys and their wooden 1/10 patterns were usually on the money
  8. Grzegorz Can you make copies of the buicks to sell?
  9. ERTL fixed the 69 Torino and 65 GTO. Why can't Round2?
  10. The 66 Skylark tool is probably lurking somewhere, maybe, not
  11. I like to buy these type of promos . With a 1970 kit , it is easy to build.
  12. The 2002 is an icon of the 70s . People went crazy in 1976 to buy the last ones.
  13. Nice touch on the lighted visor mirror.
  14. Because it is a 1967. The 1972 seats are annoying. Mine came with a 1970 GTO nose!
  15. Michelle, You are correct, Revell has done a decent job of corraling the kit prices. I thought Round2's $60 price of Piranha race set was a bit too much. Was $3 in 1969 They killed the CPI index.
  16. For Chinese goods, new kits are really expensive; 10 times what i paid as a kid
  17. Rebuilding can be more fun than a new kit
  18. It's impossible to see what he selling
  19. Since it has a 440, it is a "Roadrunner GTX" should have a decal for the trunk lid.
  20. Me neither , never saw it in the last 50 years.
  21. AMT made some ill fitting kits back then. Some I chucked as a result. The Sunbeam Tiger fits badly too. As you say, your skills are better today. Some body needs to make a resin wagon body for it. That was a great car.
  22. Ditto on that... VERY NICE!
  23. The Subarus were neat in 1978 because they were the first SUVs even before we knew what that word meant.
  24. The guy who in charge of designing the 63 chevy previously worked for Cadillac. You will notice the Caddy style grille. I have thought that the Revell captured that grille better than the AMT. Maybe the tail lights are better on the AMT?
  25. I combined an AMT 62 with a Revell 1960. My cut lines were different.
