  2. Phenomenal work ! Really shows the shear size of this compared to the 1/50 next to it The jeeps are just a dolly more or less sans any type of suspension ? Assuming its for weight distribution mostly
  3. Sweet ! I see ya picked up a Gremlin too
  4. Those high backs look way more comfy than the kit planks !
  5. Thanks ! Really like how it turned out Glad it worked out that way too, seems some colors bury details . I'll take a few around truck once its cured more . I gotta break out the airbrush to add all the larger color sections , black stripes, hood and the bank cutters are red oxide ..whew a huge way to go
  6. Looks like the bed slides out the area around the license plate appears hinged likely flips flat like a ramp Imho
  7. We have color !!!! Ended up using tamiya camel yellow after chrome yellow can was dud . As per norm w yellow coverage was poor and several coats were needed . This will be weathered so gloss wasnt a factor . Once the paint cures ill spray the black hood and blue warning stripes on back
  8. Yup watch every episode of NCIS and recognize the challenger your planning Looking forward to your build
  9. This Ford looks good ! Swapping out kit rubber really makes a difference, awesome choice on the wheels too.
  10. Nice change really cool trick using the tube w pin to hold the tires in rack
  11. Outstanding build. ! The weathering really shows off the miles on this fleet truck You even wired the roof ac very nice

  13. Looking forward to this being built
  14. Update time and its a colorful one... The mesh arrived yesterday so I framed in the walkway w U strip and a popsicle width strips of screen. The radiator opening for the blower engine also received a patch of screen , ill frame it in w narrow 020 strip and meng bolts right before primer After the last mockup, the major parts were transferred to the paint side of the shop and received a light coat of tamiya red oxide fine primer . I chose this color to darken the final color into a goldenrod shade seen on the NYSDOT trucks . Jeff
  15. Ahh one im thinking of is a heavy duty engine used in loaders and dozer made by cat
  16. Very interesting builds and impressive fabrication
  17. Glad I didn't know a D348 existed..I'd been tempted to open the side doors on snowblower to show it off ..whew This will make a sharp truck w that old school styling
  18. Glad ya removed those wheel humps, looks much cleaner removed imo. Ditto on the Hurst too !
  19. I like the reasoning behind this lol save those chains for a plow truck
