  1. Built more than I thought, I usually don’t get much bench time from April to September , so it was still a productive year. Thanks for looking.
  2. So sad to read this, sorry for your loss. My heart goes out to you and your family .
  3. I will crack the seal on the aeromax tomorrow, should have it done by days end, lmao
  4. More small progress...
  5. Haha, that’s good stuff right there !
  6. Beautiful work!
  7. Even if you don’t make the deadline, I know this is going to be a knock out when done!
  8. Haha, ya, I thought this was going to be ‘in between’ work, but I’ve been absorbed by it this past week. I’ve finished the engine crane/engine/trans combo and ended up building one of the amt parts pack dirt bikes to have around the shop. Bike isn’t quite finished, but close. As usual, thanks for looking.
  9. Or how well traveled about the house bmf can be. I always put the cut scraps in one spot on the bench when doing foil, when I’m finished, I peel it up, wad it up and toss it out. Yet, weeks later I find small bits in the laundry, on the couch, and anywhere else I happened to go in the house.....
  10. Much like the electric cars, this would be more suited to ‘local’ runs I would think. Battery packs are heated/cooled, so ambient temp isn’t as big a factor as you’d think. The battery packs still cost a fortune, and I don’t think we are to the point of changing out just one set of cells yet. Plus the voltage levels are pretty high, lots of potential risks working on those ( cars and trucks) if you don’t know what you’re doing and don’t take proper safety measures.
  11. Thanks guys. This just never ends, seems like while waiting for paint or glue to dry, I come up with something else to build for this project, it’s fun, but I can’t seem to stop , lol.
  12. Guess I finally made up my mind ....., haha!
  13. I still can’t decide on what to build .......
  14. I had thoughts about lighting it, but as this is my first attempt at a diorama, I figured I better keep it simple, if I do another one, I think I will try lighting it. And no worries on hi jacking, the more ideas everyone can see, the better we all are for it. I have made some progress, second lift is done and installed, more smalls have been painted, and some electrical work has been done on the back wall.
  15. That’s sharp! Well done.
  16. Not for Christmas, but over the past couple days
  17. Borrow away, I’ve borrowed a few myself? made up a few more things, I figured if I had outlets , I might as well have a breaker box too ( conduit will need to be cut down to final height), also made an engine crane , the hobby gear crane is closer to 1/18 scale. Also have one lift 1/2 done and got some color on a few of the shop walls.
  18. This is going to be good! Will be watching this one.
  19. Fantastic !
  20. Haha, very nice !
  21. Ya know, there’s mystical feeling to an empty shop......, a month later, you can’t move in it, lol . looking very good! I anxiously await what’s in the crate.....
  22. Did more stuff today, the oil cans took forever to build, still need to paint and decal them all. Made the the matching ‘character’ features on the end wall and made electrical outlets for around the join.
  23. Looking good! Look forward to seeing this come together!
  24. I’m in, not sure with what, but I’m in.....
