  1. Very ambitious Andy, but great ideas!
  2. Awesome project and fab work!
  3. Welcome Chris!
  4. That's wild!
  5. Welcome to the funhouse Vince!
  6. Very innovative. I know we can't see the issues, but it came out quite well to me. Looks like something Ekstensive would come up with.
  7. I drove a Pettibone Cary Lift in another life. It was a heavy duty forklift designed to lift lumber, utility poles, large pipes, etc. and it had four wheel steering. It was fun to do crab walking with, and the turning radius for the size of it was phenomenal. Btw, the 2024 e-Silverado was supposed to have it. https://www.gm-trucks.com/electric-chevy-silverado-four-wheel-steering/
  8. I didn't do a full step by step but here's what I posted to my Fotki. As you'll see, the only issue was the trunk where I didn't allow for paint thickness. The decals were from Spot Model. https://public.fotki.com/Urban-Poet/denin-alpine-model/
  9. Nice!

    Awesome work!
  11. That's a great kit by the way. I built mine rally style a few years ago. Not the MC edition tho.
  12. Here's my official entry. 1975 Monza 2+2 I started for the 2023 CBR but ran into probs. Its a started build but I still have a long way to go. The paint was rough so I tried to smooth it and wound up sanding a lot of it off. I swapped the V8 for a Cosworth Vega engine. I had added a serpentine belt assembly and a turbo but serpentine belts weren't around in 1975 so I'm going back to the stock belt setup and dropping the turbo for dual Webers because I have ITB injectors on the turbo setup. The wheels and tires are set but I'm thinking about going traditional with the gold centers and chrome rims. I did very little on the interior except open up the side panels to fit the larger wheel wells, and cut out the tranny tunnel which now probably wasn't necessary because I'm not using a modern tranny. Oh yeah, the hood isn't shown because I have it in the purple pond because I had a turbo hump on it and need to replace it with one from the period.
  13. Well done!!
  14. You're good, this is the right place.
  15. I don't get bored as much as I do just need a fresh infusion of excitement. Or maybe they are one in the same.
  16. I'm in. I'll revive my 75 Monza I started for 2023.
  17. Yeah, my wife beats me up sometimes because I hear (see) things in their literal sense. To me, anything else is speculation.
  18. Saw this one on ebay for a Pontiac. I guess with adapters it would work. https://www.ebay.com/itm/165912866699
  19. I'm confuzzled. Cars before 1975, but engines & wheels available in 1975?
  20. You know that could be an ongoing project where everyone just added their own photos. I'm sure it would be thoroughly depressing!
