  1. Very nice! Sweet paint job!
  2. Nice work!!
  3. I like it. Some folks like the big/littles, and some like the same wheels all around. I think it depends on what the builder is going after.
  4. That's really sweet Bruce!!
  5. Very nice frame work indeed David.
  6. Nice work!!
  7. What color is this? I bought the '50 Olds and was planning on a similar color, Mercedes-Benz Ice Blue.
  8. Very nice work! Well done builds one and all!
  9. I love the entries so far, and that got the juices flowing. Taking this curbside Nissan Mid-4 and adding the straight 6 from the Skyline I put the Vette motor in for the Sleeperball. I'm thinking about loping off a couple of cylinders though and twin-charging it with a supercharger and turbocharger. Word is you can get 300 horse from a streetable 4 cylinder that way, with the 40 MPG. I started to put this together before but the paint wrinkled in spots so it was back to the drawing board. Not a curbside fan anyway.
  10. Thanks for setting this up so soon Rob. It looks like variety won't be a problem after all!
  11. Not sure if I'll compete next year, but if I do it will be a mutt.
  12. Congrats Bruce, great build. Congrats to all of my fellow competitors, even those I tried to run off the road!
  13. Sweet!!
  14. Fantastic build! So much good stuff there!
  15. Nice work! Don't see many of those. Thanks for sharing them with us.
  16. Yes, very nice Erik! You should be included.
  17. Ditto!! Good stuff, great service!
  18. Well now that is cool!
  19. Great job Uelder! I love all of the little add-ons. The bomb fuel tanks are... well. the bomb!
  20. Very well done! A true classic!
  21. I like it, but maybe its because i'm in the same boat, and also a similar look. Just took it back out yesterday to try to finish it. Not boring at all though!
  22. My entry is a 2006 Camaro, to which I added an LS V-12 engine. I fabricated the coil covers, and wired the plugs to the coils. The tranny is a T-56 five speed. I used Viper fenders to create the wide-body look in the rear, and styrene in the front. The spoiler is from the C5R kit. The front fascia has been heavily modified to open the grille up and give it a more modern look. I added a fuel cell, and externally plumbed it, and added an additional filler cap to keep the fumes out, and speed refueling, and an automated fire extinguiser. The exhaust system is custom built from solder, with fabricated mufflers, and I also added huge 14” brake rotors. It’s hard to see but that is Brock Yates on the tablet screen in the interior shot. He has his hands on two cars and is standing in front of a Cannonball Run banner. Nuff yakin’, lets roll!
