  1. Man....that's a lot of work right there. Impressive!!!
  2. You pulled this build off very well. Good stuff Johnny!
  3. I'm curious......is the thermostat in this engine scribed with the proper temperature rating? lol
  4. Whoa Ho Ho!!!! Looky here!!! This one's really taking on some shape since the last time I saw it!! Love the paint job and will be waiting for the next shots of it when you can Dann. WOW!!!
  5. Late to the party but I'll bring 'er back up to the top. Good lookin' lil' 442 Thomas!!!
  6. Is that the nose of a Fw190 D-9?? You can't get much more power in there using that Jumo 213 engine from Junkers Motorenwerke. At just over 1700 hp that thing would be over the friggin' top!!!! I do like the idea and you're pulling this one off with some finesse Dave!
  7. Man......you've got a lot of time taken up in sanding, filling and revamping on this one. Looking forward to those shots with paint on them.
  8. Beautiful work! Just doesn't get much better than this.
  9. Thanks Carl, Francis and Chris!
  10. Ok fellas!! I managed to mask off and paint the roof white without destroying the rest of the paint/ decal work that I've done. It aint perfect in regards to "correctness" but I got it close enough for me to be able to live with. I've also applied the gloss coat over everything...
  11. Gonna bring this pic forward because it's just too dang good to leave behind!!! Awesome work!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  12. Lookin' really good here Wayne!!
  13. Spankin' it dude!!! One of these days I'm gonna have to get all the tools and the know how to do this kind of stuff. Just adds a whole new world of realism.
  14. Thanks Andy. A 3-speed? Wow! I would've thought a Grabber would've been a 4-speed anyway??! Still learning a lot about these cars. Really wish someone would make a street version of this car.
  15. Thank you Francis for the encouragement on this one. And yes sir....you can bet your bottom dollar I'll be glossing this bad boy when it's all said and done.
  16. Ok gang....the first of the corrections has been accomplished. Where I cut the decals to fit what I thought was a little bit better and turned out being too much above the wheel openings has now been corrected. I've gotta touch up the interior headlining a little bit now but that's small stuff. The more I looked at this the more it bugged me. Before...paying close attention to the white area above the wheel openings... And after the corrections....Next up....the roof.
  17. BTW......still looking at this.....
  18. There aint nothin' wrong with that finish. That looks like it's gonna be one helluva build.
  19. Yep. Lol
  20. Dang it Dann! I've been missing out on your builds. Sorry man. Will get in here and catch up.
  21. Thanks for the comments and for droppin' in Kevin.
  22. The level of detail and realism that you have put into this build is to be commended. Masterful work Guy.
  23. Details and paint are just phenomenal!! Admirable build!!!
