  1. Neat stuff there George, I remember when some of those resin kits came out and thinking..."I should buy that" only to procrastinate and miss out on buying them before the company went out of business. I like that Tahoe, surprised AMT never offered that and a Suburban in promo or kit form.
  2. According to news reports, Debbie was very despondent over Carrie's sudden death and suffered a massive stroke at her son's house while discussing funeral plans. While not always newsworthy as it doesn't always include celebrities, this type of death of a parent, child or spouse following the death of a loved one isn't uncommon.
  3. Sad to hear, gotta think the sudden death of her daughter was partly to blame.
  4. one word...............OUTSTANDING ! Love the outdoor shots, almost thought I was looking at a real car.
  5. Nice job on all of those Raoul! Fantastic builds, nice variety and all VERY well detailed.
  6. That is very nice and appropriate colors! Should be a beauty when done.
  7. They are die cast toys John!
  8. First full day of winter here in Charlotte saw temps in the mid 60s and a bright sunny day. Much like my hometown of Chicago, the weather will change tomorrow as a cold front moves in and it will be cold, rainy and gray.
  9. He is referencing the fact that he had his Facebook page open and it was running simultaneously as the MCM forum and they both consumed "internet energy" and it seemed to be contributing to the problem. If you don't do Facebook, then it doesn't apply to you, however, if you have other web pages open, it can cause a slowdown. Kind of kinking the water hose and slowing down the flow of water.
  10. I have the same issue Ron. If for the $20 I also got the wheel flares then I would be a buyer.
  11. Merry Festivus to all !
  12. Looks like another killer build from you Tyrone! Never get tired of your over the top detailed vehicles, amazing to look at!
  13. link doesn't work and a search of eBay has come up empty.
  14. Care to share that information and maybe some pictures?
  15. Looks great! Nice weathering and great idea to do an engine swap!
  16. I am sure you will do it justice Scott and it will look great! Mike
  17. Way to make that thing shine, nice job and clean details. The diorama helps make it look even more realistic.
  18. All very nice and clean builds! Great color choices and looks like you had a busy year.
  19. That looks great Scott. The cars of that era weren't extra shiny and didn't have clear coats, so don't overdo it. That should be a winner next month in Spartanburg!
  20. Like it Chuck, nice way to salvage it!
  21. To be fair Bill, you getting 2 done is like many of us finishing 6 or 7 due to the high detail and accuracy you put into each build. Many of us strive for the type of builds you complete and you have been most generous sharing your tips and knowledge. I do hope that 2017 sees you completing many more models, they are full of so many details.
  22. Looks nice from where I am sitting! Nice details and clean building, keep the coming!
  23. Looking good, I like the camper! I would be worried to take a turn above 10 mph in that thing, it looks a little "Dolly Parton" like (TOP HEAVY)!
  24. Looks nice Ray, cleanly detailed and nice color!
