  1. I was waiting because they came on the decal sheet but then I lost one. So I guess paint will do!
  2. Alclad, pieces/parts...
  3. Thanks Again all. The Exhaust was done with a combination of Gun Metals, Black spray. Then Rust and Brown dry brushing with dull coat sprayed over that. The finished model is in "Under Glass"
  4. Small update on the interior. Flat black, BMF and some slight weathering. I still have more belts and some detail to add, but I like it so far.
  5. Not the new kit, but a 29 non the less...
  6. Beautiful!
  7. I like it! The hood would t be to tuff to lengthen.
  8. So true, I enjoy the same thing and I dig following yours.
  9. Thanks Mitch, Tim and Al, I used styrene tubing. First I tapered the pipes down and the removed a little material on the inside of the tubing with a knife. Put the tube on the header, apply some liquid cement and push. The cement softens the tube and makes it conform to the header!
  10. Looks just fine!
  11. Thx guys. Here are a few pieces parts. Things seem to look better in primer .
  12. Wow! Looks like another great show. Unfortunitly I ended up working and missed being there, but thanks to Tim I almost feel like I was.
  13. Regardless how much time and effort went into a piece if it isn't right it's wrong. Thanks for the tip!
  14. Great looking long roof, even with da wheels ?
  15. Thx again guys!
  16. Well that was easy, NOT! I'm thinking that was the easy one. Now I gotta match it on the other side.
  17. Every time I see one of these models I want to build one myself, but never have. Yours is very well done and the details make it even better!
  18. Stunning!
  19. Very well done conversion. Nice body work and believable styling. I do agree on the paint, but that is a sticky point for me. "Scale Apperance"
  20. Thank you kindly!
  21. Thanks to all for the nice comments. This was a great kit to put together and other than a few instructional miscues it is a well engineered piece. It might take a bit of imagination to get the front lower than I did, but could be done. The interior is very easy to put together and dresses up well. I enjoyed putting the engine and chassis together and it only took weathering to make it pop. All the fit and finish for all the pieces where well thought out. The color is a 57 Ford factory choice, Carol Sand and my choice for using it was basically because I hadn't seen it used yet. The "Support Vehicle" theme seemed natural to me. The weathering and spots in the paint help give this wagon that used feel and over all turned out pretty nice. Thanks again for the interest, J2.
