Everything looks great! That interior looks like real vinyl.

Those aren't bad but not exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for the help though. I will probably continue to try and come up with some that look half way acceptable since I'm not finding an easy route.

No photos but they're going to be caps from the 60's and 70's mostly. Any time I build circle tracks cars I need to replicate a gas filler and I've run out of extras in my parts box and just can't seem to scratch build one that looks right. That's why I asked if anyone knew of a site that might make some. I see plenty of other parts available but not gas caps.

Flawless! Everything looks great. Enjoyed looking at your pictures of it. -
Just got through reading all about him. My wife loved him and I always liked him as an actor and especially the way he portrayed the Bond character. Just never seemed to take it too serious which sold me on the movies. I didn't take it that seriously either so it worked for me.

One of the problems I noticed with the hoarding some months ago was you never knew what they were gonna strip the shelves of. There were times I couldn't find tortillas, noodles, eggs, dishwashing soap or soup. It would vary from week to week. Then suddenly it would be back in stock. Made it real tough to grocery shop like a normal person would.

I need a supply of gas caps/filler necks for race cars but can't find anyone who makes resin or plastic ones. In the past I've used sprue and had a few caps in my parts box but those are gone. Specifically any oval track car needs some kind of believable looking cap on the rear fender or back of the car and just wondered if anyone has a source or their own way of making scratch made ones. Thanks for your help.

Decided to check out this show. Picked the one where he makes a race car with a V12 engine. I enjoyed it as there wasn't yelling or arguing going on. I'll turn it off as soon as they start that "stuff". Might watch another 1 or 2 shows. That guy looks like he's had a tough life.

Yes, in the past I've kind of been able to just scroll past them but have noticed there are WAY more of them lately.

On my daily dog walk I go to a field where everyone thinks they don't need to pick up their dog poop because, hey, it's a field. Always feel funny picking up my dogs poop especially when there's a pile right next to what my dog just did but I'm responsible. Something that has become lost on so many people these days.

That's a lot of decals to apply and get lined up right but you did good. I like your finished model and your paint scheme looks great. -
Martini Porsche 911GT3R

Very nice! Any time you take on a Martini livery you're going to expect a lot of work with decals but I guess you know that. -
Eddie Van Halen dies from throat cancer.
TonyK replied to Brutalform's topic in The Off-Topic Lounge
When people have asked which version of Van Halen I like better, Roth or Haggar, I always answer "it's even". Both are a bit different style of music but I like it all. Everyone in that band contributed so much talent. -
Always wanted to do a van with interior stuff provided. Never owned a real one but spent plenty of time in them in my younger years so would like to build one just for "old days" memories.

1/12 Tamiya ELF P34 six wheeler

I like how you described it as a beast but from the review I understand. All your work produced a very nice looking model. I built the 1/20th scale but didn't think I would do the 1/12th version. Good for you on finishing it. -

Still remember when Van Halen first started and couldn't believe how every song was great on their first couple of albums. Obviously Eddie's guitar playing was a big part of that. He just seemed to do amazing things and it looked so easy for him. Sad day. -
I've always said BMW can't make a bad looking car. When they made a station wagon I thought even that was cool and sporty looking but I believe they finally proved me wrong with this look.

Forgot about Kenner Toys. I believe they made Spirograph and I'll bet most of us had that at one time. -
FedEx sucks! Continuing story on my non-delivery by them.......They updated the delivery date to this Thursday. Still don't know why they aren't delivering it when it's been sitting at the facility since Saturday. Tried contacting them with some lame virtual typing system. Ask it a question and it needs more info such as my tracking number. Fair enough. Type it and then says it can't help me and I believe some phony excuse was given dealing with Covid. Yeah that's it. The virus keeps us from typing each other. Contacted the company I ordered from and suggested they use a different delivery company. They replied if I don't get my order by Thursday they'll send the order again. What?! So you're gonna ship it again by FedEx? You're missing the point! Arrrgghhh.

More FedEx delivery failure. It's been showing me for a week that I'd get my delivery on Monday but Monday comes and there's nothing. Looking at the tracking it shows it arrived at the local facility on Saturday and keeps showing "in transit" for Sunday and Monday whatever that means. I could drive to the facility in a little over a half hour. WTH?! Wife deals with FedEx and UPS every day at her work and always says FedEx sucks. What's with them? My wife reminded me about a couple of weeks ago a package she was sending to a friend ended up with the same scenario at the same FedEx facility. It sat there for 4 days and then they handed it off to the post office.
