They sound like the sort of people that only have pets for social media likes. My mum has a neighbour that is like that. When we were on lock down she went and stayed at her boyfriends and left her cats to fend for themselves so me and my mum fed them for 12 weeks. This annoyed her cos we didn't give them the right food. She also has a dog and in the 3 years she has had it, we've never seen her take it for a walk.

You can get the jag suspension from motobitz in the uk, probably get 3 sets for the price of one kit. Its a very nice piece with each part seperate. I'm using one on my 30 delivery

I dont know if its the same in the us, but they are still available. In the uk they seem to be mostly in house paint type shops now or general tool shops

I enjoy the show but at the same time i cant say i'm a fan of most of his work, but the bike was pretty cool, and the tanker style truck/car in the first series was cool. It seems the premise of the show is to do things in the shortest possible time without any sort of consideration for good engineering. I saw one where they cut a caddilac x chassis down and i certainly wouldn't want to drive it any distance. I do like that he starts with cars that are no use for much else though. But after seeing what his stuff gets built for, all i can say is you get what you pay for and cheaping out like he does proves it. I'm pretty sure the green goblin model built by a member here is much higher quality and safer to drive (and its a 1/25 plastic model)

I havent myself but a friend gets some really nice results with it. I believe he thins it with washer fluid but I;m not certain on that

its anything over 15 quid is supposed to get vat added., its caught me out a few times. Its stopped me buying stuff from the states. Take care when ordering from ebay in the states mate, anything over 15 quid will cost you import duty on top. Try dave coloys emporium in the uk or kingkit in the uk as they have a decent selection of us kits and aren't too bad on price for some of them

Some more progress. I'm going to get the fenders how i want them before i finish shaping under the rear of the body, which i'll probably do after my work week is over as i think the dremel will work best at it. I will be making the fenders less square at the back too as i dont like how i have them now

A little more progress. Next up is to fine tune the gaps around the wheel arches and rear. I might make this a bit more traditional with a vette 6 cylinder and some wide whites but since there isn't really a plan we'll see what happens

Cool builds, the pick up is particulary cool

the b pillars are getting removed mate, going for something along the lines of boyd coddingtons lead zephyr style with it

Its probably going to be something modern, I've got a clearly scale lexus engine I've been wanting to use so most likely it will end up in the bay with some big wheels and brakes

This will be my third attempt at the monogram van kit. So far it been almost a sloper sedan, then a humpback sedan and now I'm not sure what its going to be. I started with the unfinished humpback and proceeded to cut the back end off completely then scratched up a new roof and rear quarters. I extended the rear fenders using some bug parts and now I have to decided what Im going to do to the front ones. I'm leaning towards stretching them back into the rears but that may change. I think i will be going for the open glass with this as the door pillars just aren't floating my goat The start and how it sits now
