  1. I guess he's a flatter earther now
  2. rather than just post lots of pics, heres a hundred or so https://frontstreet.media/2020/02/19/drt-2020-miami-das-renn-treffen-assembles-fomo-inducing-porsches/
  3. Cool, it looks like something ford should have built
  4. you might find some textured tissue paper in the scrapbook section of a hobby store with the texture your looking for. I'm not sure how it would hold up to painting though as some of it can be pretty delicate. Another option might be to mix some flocking into paint and brush it on. I haven't tried either of these ideas so your best to test it first before doing it on the model.
  5. Oh no I think its still in Canada, I just save every pic of cars i like for reference/ideas and i recognised the way the hood opens. Is this the right one?
  6. Cool project. I think i have some pics of the black car if you need them
  7. Very cool
  8. Happy to help mate, it would only gather dust here anyway
  9. pound shop superglue for resin, humbrol poly for styrene, uv glue for glass/filling small holes and humbrol clear fix for other clear parts. I also have spray glue for adding wood decking to trailers/truck beds. For reinforcing if i've chopped or sectioned something i use acrylic nail filler which can also be used as a glue in certain situations but mostly i use it to add strength where it wont be seen
  10. dropped and destroyed a chassis I'd heavily modded from a viper to fit a 63 fury. found some of it but I'm over it so its going back in the box before it hits a wall. everything i've touched on it today has broken on me and most of it is scratched or heavily modded from something else.
  11. Sweet build,
  12. gym shoe repair glue works for the split tyres, or if you can find "shoo goo too" (most likely in skateboard shops) its already black and sands down at the same rate as the tyres
  13. Very cool, I like the stripes you added too especially since they aren't seen on veedubs much
  14. Its pretty cool I think, much better than the nissan micra done up as a mk2 jag
  15. lots of pics but most of them are taken from too low an angle for the front end, i need one looking down from above
  16. Does anyone have some good pics of above the headlights, the front screen trim and rear quarters for a 63 fury. I'm working on one at the moment but there are damaged areas on some of the trim, a large ridge below the side windows and the trim around the front and rear screens is damaged or very faint so pics of these areas would be very helpful. My searches haven't given me any decent enough pics of the areas i need
  17. now they're all silver they look much better,
  18. I remember the cops having the t5 version of these during the 90s, when they got to the end of their service life and went to auction they were one of the few ex cop cars that held a decent amount of their value and were known to give ford cosworth drivers a fright when they couldn't shake them off. There was one rebuilt on wheeler dealers last season
  19. Awesome and very cool to see one done in a more modern style
  20. Very cool, its a good mix of classic British and 90s Japanese style and obviously styled after their rx7. Personally I like this one more than the one foose did on overhaulin
  21. Found out the local vintage club used my photos for their annual video again this year after the professional they hired ended up being too poor to use. They asked what i'd like for it and i said free entry cos I'm just happy to help them out. I go every year and take pics of everything anyway. I dont know why they keep hiring people to do it, if they think my pics are good enough they're welcome to use them since they raise a lot for local charities from each show
  22. Its just wire, try a farmer for extra fence wire or a contractor. Wire ties from larger packages work too. I dont think you'll want enough to buy a roll
