  1. Cool build, these pontiacs have appealed to me since i found an old observers book of cars, they just looked like something futuristic to a kid on a tiny scottish island in the 80s. Will be following
  2. should ruin their day, lol
  3. You might find something among the slot car wheel inserts, but then you'd need rims and tyres from somewhere else
  4. I think the mono wipers might have been later like you say but they were definetly around at the start of max power magazine (rip), I seem to remember colour coded wipers around this time but that might just have been the air cooled folks with their cal lookers. You do have a bit of the early 90s cal look feel to this which is cool. It wouldn't surprise me to see this look come back into style as 80s body kits are the hot thing in mk2 golf scene now
  5. Thanks for sharing these, I've been looking for something like this for a wee while now
  6. Would that be us safety bumpers on the yellow one? I'd guess most people buying a lambo would have retro fitted euro bumpers after purchase cos after seeing those ones I sure would
  7. a little large for your pocket but....
  8. There's a third version of the wheels too with aero discs. I think I saw those wheels you pictured in resin recently, possibly by reji model
  9. Getting lots of overtime (256 hours in 3 weeks) and being trusted enough by the company to look after a brand new multi million pound seacat alone. Also as part of this having 3 weeks to do one nights cleaning. Something I never thought I'd be doing so I wont let their faith in me be misplaced. When I finish the deep cleaning it WILL be perfect as I'm using my modellers eye while doing it, instead of my usual just get it done eye
  10. So a certain old school jeep brand might not help? lol
  11. An early bmw e30 325i 3 series. I jacked it up and had set it on axle stands, turned around to get some tools only to hear a tearing sound and crash. When I looked back the entire sill and jacking points were now through the seats on the drivers side. The body was perfect, engine was good but the car turned out to be a cut and shut with some very nice filler work and bird dropping welding. Went back with vws after that
  12. Stay safe guys
  13. If andy dufrsne can get out of shawshank......
  14. I;ve got a stegasaurus skeleton in 1/24 and they do a load of other dinos. I'm not at home just now but I'm sure the brand was american craft or something like that
  15. money seems to beat the law according the media so....
  16. Thanks all of you for your help. Ace, I'll be ordering the 57 too and that corvair truck may end up in the box as well.
  17. I've been communicationg with him through ebay, very helpful gentleman and he's going to do his best to help me out, but then I'm asking for somet.hing thats not currently in production. No complaints about his service form me
  18. while jogging backwards
  19. If you're very careful you might be able to get them off using a scalpel to lift one end, get that part burnished down well, then using a hairdryer to warm the sticker and loosen the glue work slowly back peeling the backing away as you go. You may need to warm a little bit at a time and/or let it cool again during the process to save warming the paint and sticker too much
  20. cool, i like everything about this. the camper coversion is particularly cool
