  1. I'd have to look at the '78 Pace directions, but I believe you are correct, Steve.
  2. I've watched the 11'8" Bridge channel for years! Hours of Fun.
  3. Dave V. If you look at the linked Instructions you'll see the the 4 door Vette is different tooling than the TD Vette. In Fact, I think the 4 Door derives from the Monogram Corvette Street Machine (kit 2259)
  4. Just Awesome!!! I really like that! Good Show.
  5. Don't Worry Bob, it will tank again.
  6. I think this explains some of it. But, not all.
  7. I love the colours! Green on anything makes it look better. Your Boats are wonderful. Good Show.
  8. You are one up on me. I've read about the video, but have not seen it. I don't use Facebook.
  9. Somebody mentioned something about Wes from Wes' Model Car corner claiming to have seen them. Not sure if there is any video yet. It is all just talk for now, but we are getting closer.
  10. TD Corvettes. Looking at instructions online, it appears that the '65 Black Rat, the Corvette SS Hatchback and the TD California Street Vette all share some parts and similar tooling. The SS Hatch and the TD Street Vette have many of the same part numbers. https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1004/monogram-2212-corvette-ss-hatchback https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/233/monogram-7504-california-street-vette https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1649/monogram-2724-vette-black-rat And the 4 Door Corvette America, which seems to be a different tool. Note the Changes in Rear Axle and Air Cleaner. https://public.fotki.com/drasticplasticsmcc/mkiba-build-under-c/monogram-instructions/show-rods/monogram-corvette-a/?view=roll#1 Hope this helps.
  11. Thanks. I have not bought any there lately.
  12. Looks like Atlantis has done the hard work of recreating the Tires and Wheels that were rumored to be the reason that Revell never brought back the 1962 MOPAR Models. If they are truly coming back, that will be another Nostalgia Home Run. And, IIRC, Tim Boyd highly recommended the '62 Revell kits as "Main-Streamers". It will be good to have them back 60 year old tooling or not.
  13. And, what is a bottle of Testors at HL, Now?
  14. Wow! This is Huge News. Bringing back the "Snake & Mongoose" will jump start sales for both experienced hobbyists and newbies who have been priced out of these classic kits. Big Atta-boy to Peter V. and the crew at Atlantis that put this deal together. You know they have been working on this for months.
  15. I really Like this. Great Chassis work.
  16. Here is the engine from the Ford Truck. Looks like a long transmission.
  17. What a rare & interesting Locomotive. It is a wonder any survived. Great Save!
  18. Very Cool! Your painting is great! Good Show.
  19. Monogram. 1/24 Scale. I think it is the kit shown below. Andy, what a stunning build! The work on the hood and rear door wonderful examples of miniature engineering. The Colours work well together also. I like how this kit looks. Good Show.
  20. Awesome Build!
  21. That is a Great Build! What a unique idea, and very well executed! Good Show.
  22. Indeed. I've slept through a 5.1, back in the day. To answer your question, we have the same thoughts about folks who live anywhere there is a "Season" for disasters. Tornado Season, Hurricane Season, Blizzard Season.... There is no "Earthquake Season". So, we mostly pretend that they are not going to happen. Just like 99% of humanity.
  23. Fair Enough. Coke gets a lot of grief here, but it sells lots of kits to collectors, and the decals don't hurt anybody. (besides, maybe it will be Sprite, or Moxie or Mello Yello) I'd pay for Moxie Decals. Do you hear me Steve G? Bring us some Moxie Branded kits! Please?
  24. The Mongoose Does include the Timing Lights and Figure with his hands over his ears. Hopefully the new kit will still have those extra parts. It looks like a nicely detailed kit.
