  1. That Revell Monza, sorry as it is, sticks in my memory as the first car kit I built to completion. I'd built others, but that was one of the first that I finished.NO paint though, just glue. I liked the black plastic, as it looked "Cool" to me at the time. I should try to find one.
  2. Hey, Round2! Think We can get that Toyota 4x4 Fire Chief Truck? I've already got two of the 2513 4x4 kits, but that Light Commercial Fire Chief Truck is a Winner. I need the Topper.
  3. Yes, Scott, I've seen them on real cars. Both were the VW "New Beetle" back about 10-15 years ago, I think. One a Cabrio the other just plain. Looked pretty good. Young Women driving them, of course.
  4. Thanks, Adam. Nice to forget the "Crazy" for a few minutes.
  5. Man, that Little Merc is a sharp looking kit. I had one 30 years ago. I truly regret getting rid of it.
  6. Excellent Save.
  7. Man! What a sharp build. I'd swear I've seen that car out a Famoso Dragstrip.
  8. I really Like those Square Mirrors, Steve. I even had something similar on my '73 Chevy Wagon, back in the '80's.
  9. It's April, and the budget is shot! Well, plenty of kits to enjoy. I just spent $135.00 at a Major Online Mailorder house myself. My budget will need a couple months to Recover.
  10. Nick, did you ever get the Longbed built for this truck? I'd really like to see it.
  11. It looks ok, but the functionality is still a bit buggy and slow. I'm sure it will improve as time goes by. It does at least have more & better photos than the old site.
  12. Great Build. Inspires me to get back to mine.
  13. Too Cool! I really like it!
  14. For me, musical escape groups are Def Leppard, Yes (the whole album 90125) and the Talking Heads.
  15. What kit, are those Chevy grills supposed to fit? The Ex-Fall Guy/ Deserter GMC Pick Up?
  16. I've got too many to list. Almost every kit I buy has a purpose. Just a handful are purchased just for Grins. I do have one project that I'm really wanting to get to. I need to move it up the priority list. A Kitbash of the AMT 1928 Porter kit (the '27 Model T Touring w/extra parts), & the Cinderbug Fire Engine (the same '27 T kit, with a small factory Hose and Chemical set-up). I want to build a Porter Fire Engine. It should be easy, as I just need to add the Porter Nose to the Cinderbug kit, but I keep putting it off.
  17. We're Grateful, They're Dead. That said, I do like Touch of Grey.
  18. Now, I've got to get one of those kits. Just to name it George!!
  19. I just hope it has 4 of those wheel covers and/or Hubcaps.
  20. Tom, if I can get mine to look half as good as yours, I'll be thrilled. That is the Lindberg kit, correct?
  21. This looks like a really bad Photoshop job. Was this real?
