  1. I'd say yes, Luc. Tow rig from '85, trailer & load from '99. Easily seen in many neighborhoods here in the U.S. Would be a great load.
  2. Beauty, Eh!
  3. I was thinking of this, but the wetbikes are cool too.
  4. Ace is correct. I have destroyed a couple of Older (1970's) Revell kits with brake fluid. It might have been that Revell's famously Bad plastic was the problem, but I cured me of Brake Fluid. Have you tried L.A. Awesome, as a stripper?
  5. The target buyer for these kits is 80% old Mossy Horns who are too Savvy to be roped. The rest are Younger. That said, despite the Glowing Recommendation by Ron Hamilton a name I have recognized & trusted for years, this Facebook Only, Coy Statements, and Big Talk, is insulting to wary buyers who have been burned by other companies with Lots of Big Talk, and terrible Follow Through. Are You offering Ultra High Quality, resin replicas, of Long Lost Johan kits? Great! Show Us the contents of your kits. Doing business on Facebook without a Website gives the impression that you can't or won't do so. Hardly a way to build trust. There are reasonably useful Free Websites, I think you should use one. If 17 year girls on Tik Tok can get websites, you should too. I have read most of what has been posted of this Board about Atomic City. It sounds like Great Guys, with good ideas. But business wise, some body doesn't seem to paying attention. Teaser photos are acceptable, but Tell us what It is, more than just identifying the car. "A Detailed Resin Copy of a rare Johan Kit, This Curbside Kit Contains all the parts needed to assemble the car shown." 21 Words, One Comma, One Period. Does what it needs. Good Luck.
  6. Now, That is a great Idea! Thank You.
  7. I saw that. He needs to be Horsewhipped. But, sadly, it may be too late already to fix him.
  8. Just Why is it hard to look at?
  9. I have lots of Airplane Kits. But, I was never going to build those kits, because (Rare & Valuable) and the man I gave them to is a much better builder than I am, and would appreciate them more. So, it was easy to give them to him.
  10. Why should they care? It is not their Car. Nor is it their Money. The Taxpayers will pick up the tab. I agree with you. It is a huge waste. "A shame", as my grandparents would have said.
  11. I went to my local Model Club meeting today. I gave away 3 kits, and sold one. Two of the kits are old, very rare Airplane kits. The guy I gave them to, will eventually make Museum Quality builds out of them. He posts his builds on another Well known website. When he gets them done, I'll post a link. He is a much better builder than I am, and one of the kits he had never even seen before. He was very excited to get one. I chose to give them to him, so they would get built, and loved, rather than let them rot away in my garage. The other kit I gave away was to a fellow club member who wanted it. The meeting was ending, and I had failed to sell the kit. He then asked for it, so I just gave it to him, rather than drag it home. He was happy to get it. I went to the meeting with my latest project, and 4 Kits, and a Book I had finished reading. I came home with My project, and nothing else. A very successful meeting!
  12. Okay, I'll be the first one to ask. What is it?
  13. And this is allegedly the guy who started it. https://www.redding.com/story/news/local/fires/2024/07/25/chico-man-42-suspected-of-starting-park-fire-has-prior-record/74551655007/
  14. I would build more Tamiya, if I liked the kits they produce. Since I'm not interested in many of the kits they sell, I don't have many Tamiya. I do, however, own a lot of 1/35 scale Tamiya Armour kits. I love the newer ones.
  15. Good To See You Persisting with the Build. Sounds like you have a Good Plan. Good Luck.
  16. I've been having issues all day. I run Firefox as my browser, and I can't tell if it is a problem or now. When I open the forum on my phone, it is really bad, too.
  17. https://www.allpar.com/d3/history/plymouth/1960.html
  18. The Tires are Denman's, but I do not have a spare set.
  19. Outstanding Weathering, and Rust. The Junk in the back works well too. A real "Home-Run" of a build. Good Show.
  20. This is Looking Great so Far. Keep up the good work.
  21. I love it. The Tu-tone Green is perfect for that car. Did it come with those wire wheels? They look period perfect on that car. I spent may hours riding in the back seat of my Grandparents 1960 Plymouth 4 Door Station wagon. It was a Light Brown, it was so long ago I don't remember if it was two colours or one. I know it was a Base Model Suburban, probably with the six, as my Grandfather was a Frugal Man.
  22. Cleanly & Neatly assembled. No weathering, but it looks good. I rate it an 8.5. Good Show.
