Looks like it is going to be a killer Gasser. What engine do yo have planned for it? Did you have to shorten the floor pan to make it fit under the '62 body?

Really like this build, your color selection works very well with it. I was looking at your tri-power setup and the way you have it only the center carb will be feeding the engine. If you were to cut that square block on top of the manifold so it is flush then all three carbs would be attached to the manifold. Not trying to be judgmental, just thought i might be of some help.

This is building into a killer street rod, your work is truly inspirational. You were talking about bobbing the rear fenders. I think if you cut them even with the bottom of the body that would look about right. Keep those updates coming.

As mentioned earlier the AMT/SMP annuals were quite often one and done, an example of one I would love to see repopped is the 1963 Pontiac Catalina/Bonneville/Grand Prix hardtop (whichever version it was) or the 1962 Ford Galaxie hardtop.

Not sure about HP rating. Saw it yesterday while I was down there and they had the hood open. It is running finned valve covers and an aftermarket air cleaner.

Parked in front of the garage where I dropped off my Pinto to get some engine work done on it. That fender emblem is for real, 4 speed with bench seat.

As the others have said that is some great work. Turned one into a Starliner many years ago. Didn't have as much foil work around the top as yours, but what it did have took quite a bit of tedious time. You have done an excellent job with the BMF. Looking forward to updates.

Before I inherited my parents home with a full basement I had considered trying to find a small, used travel trailer. While I was in the ministry I moved sporadically and most of the parsonages did not have an adequate area to set up a good work place. There are some good suggestions above, some things I never thought about.

Looks like it should get down the quarter in a real hurry. That is some fine model building. Just wondering if you are going to install a driveshaft safety loop?

Sounds like an interesting build. Not much of a MOPAR fan, but that inspirational picture is a really wicked looking machine.

I am in the same predicament, except I am 74 years old. I have done this for the past 12-15 years with not so great results. At the last three shows I have attended I may have sold a dozen kits. With table fees and the cost of gas to and from (none of the shows were close to my home) the costs really add up. Another thing I have noticed is a lot of the buyers are expecting garage sale prices. I want to downsize my collection, but I am not going to give it away. I feel my models are realistically priced, I do not try to gouge anyone and I will negotiate to a certain extent, but don't expect me to cut my prices in half.

At the 2:40 mark there is a car with hidden headlights, what make is that one?

Very nice Gasser. Would fit right in with SEGA or some of the other Gasser organizations. Overall a very nice build.

This is the work of a master-modeler. I was beginning to think you were trying to sneak in some pictures of a 1:1 until I saw you holding the engine. Not only is your model building fantastic, so is your photography. Besides, I love Mustangs and this one is beautiful.

How wide can you go without becoming outrageous?

How do you get these boxes? Most of our local grocery stores keep them and send them back to the produce company.

That is a couple of nice Mustangs. Don't know much about audio, but that looks to be a killer system.

One possibility for "exploded diagrams" is the lack of reading ability of new modelers or their short attention spans when it comes to reading. The manufacturers are bowing to the somewhat limited education of the younger generation.

I really like full customs and this one is going to be a pleasure to watch come together. You have some mighty fine ideas, keep those updates coming.
