Would it bother me? Hmm...depends on how much the person paid me. Enough zeroes at the end and you'd be surprised how much I can overlook or ignore! Seriously though, it would probably bother me if someone claimed my work as their own. Especially if that kit was getting ridiculous amounts of praise and winning shows everywhere. Although, I've seen my builds. This wouldn't be a factor!

Lolz I just went a checked. I bought your Fury parts in November last year! As well as the Trailduster parts earlier this year. I've bought two different Fury grille and light sets off of Shapeways. I'm working on that car now, will get pics up...eventually. We owned two Furys growing up, a 77 sedan and a 78 wagon. And I want to find a 1:1 version for a project. Our sedan looked similar to your build. Was a police spec, in green. And then my dad put hubcaps on it.Here's a pic, circa 1983 or so. That's me in front of the car. Looking forward to seeing yours finished!

So although the initial kit announcement doesn't excite me, I think it's a very good thing that they are back and actually releasing kits. And did I read that right? The Chevelle is a brand new mold? New kits are a very good thing.

I've been actively hunting for a big 70s station wagon for a couple of years now. Every time I get a lead on a decent one, it vanishes. Probably half a dozen times so far. Plymouth Fury, Ford Gran Torino, Mercury Cougar Villager, whatever. I will find one. One day.

We had one of these growing up! I was ticked when my dad sold it...about a month before I got my driver's licence. She was a project and wasn't perfect, but I loved it. Pic from summer 89.

Saw a news report earlier. It seems there's something like 200 people that defied all of the mandatory evacuation notices and are now asking for rescue. I don't feel bad for those people. They should be rescued...and then given an invoice to cover the cost of their rescue. Hope everyone else comes out of this okay, with as little hardship as possible.

I just wish I still had all the kits I built back in elementary and junior high. They all ended up broken and/or tossed. A few Tamiya kits, a Ford promo ESCI Transit van, handful of Trans Ams all come to mind. Ah well.

The grille is perfect, and the hood needed a little trimming, but nothing serious. I'm really happy with how they look!

People with a victim mindset. Every perceived sleight is a personal attack and the whole world is against them. I have one of these on staff, and feel that their negative attitude outweighs their success at the role. Time for changes.

Hi all, I've scoured this forum, looking for a supplier of some aftermarket fenders for a Pete kit I'm working on. The vendors I've found through here either don't have them, or seem to be out of business. Specifically, looking for custom front fenders and rear fenders. Double Take have these http://kdhumphr.wixsite.com/double-take-replicas/product-page/peterbilt-359-outlaw-fenders which are exactly what I want, but they're out of stock and it looks like he's not doing any more anytime soon. The rear ones have proved even more elusive, as I have only found an aluminum set, and I want resin so they can be painted. So who has them? And who is a quality supplier that you'd recommend? THanks!

When you're having a conversation, and you talk about your own personal experiences, and then someone pipes in to explain how you're wrong. Wait a sec...I'm wrong? I'm telling you exctly what happened to me - my actual experience with something, and you're telling me that I am incorrect? Especially when their arguement is that they have experienced it differently. The next thing I typically think and sometimes say cannot be repeated in this forum.
