  1. Looks great already!
  2. I'm pretty sure I'll be doing the same! LoL
  3. Hello, Mike! What part of Tennessee are you in? I live in Lawrenceburg, myself. Welcome to the site. Lots to see and read about, here.
  4. Absolutely astonishing!
  5. That's pretty wild! Top notch work!
  6. My two are at the house....but I'm not! LoL I'll open them up this evening.
  7. After seeing how well this one turned out, I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on an Airtrax '76 Cordoba. I owned a black one, with red interior. Sold it too soon, too. I wasn't finished enjoying it! LoL
  8. I think Casey might have been including the '78 Dodge Monaco in that group.
  9. Probably not much longer after that! LoL
  10. On a sidenote...I found an OLD can of TESTORS Flat White Enamel in my paint cabinet this morning. I took it outside and sprayed some interior parts that had been coated with semi glass black. It went on very smooth, and covered the black very well. I can't make the same claim with some of the newer TESTORS stuff.
  11. Thank you, sir! Looking forward to rebuilding them.
  12. Thanks, Mr. Critter! 4 out of the last 5 convertibles I got in had broken frames. Two of them I knew about ahead of time. LoL
  13. Very cool!
  14. Thanks, Steve! I'm pretty chuffed about this lot!
  15. I got my email notice from Model Roundup today. Maybe by Saturday I'll have mine.
  16. I like your concept efforts, here. Very ambitious! Sometimes, I have trouble just gluing a custom bumper on a model! LOL Have you considered building the concept Dodge Charger? It was built from a '63 or '64 Dodge. If I can find a pic, I'll post it up a bit later.
  17. I don't see any difference, myself.
  18. Just a few days ago, I had the foaming problem with a can of Wet Look Clear that had the old label on it. I was able to wet sand the roughness out, and will try to polish what I have on it. I'm a bit leary to try it again.
  19. This is looking like a very nice project. Keep up the good work. I built one of these a while back , and chopped the top on it. That was an experience!
  20. A great example of something going "full circle"! Very glad to see you reclaim this one!
  21. I didn't exactly get these today, but this is the first chance I've had to post any pics. LOL First up are three I got in trade from Scot8950: I've been after a '59 Buick for years! The other two, a '63 Imperial and a '61 Ford pickup, are just icing on the cake! That's three knocked off the old "Grail List"! Next are the two I traded for from GoodbuildNY: For around fifty years, I've been trying to come up with a '68 Dodge Coronet R/T. In the last month, I've managed to acquire two of them! This one doesn't have the windshield frame broken off! The new Plymouth kit is one I didn't have in the stash, either. The next three came from a member of another forum: The Lark didn't start out with a broken windshield frame, but by the time it got to my house, it was in pieces! Maybe I can repair it. That's a wait-and-see type deal.
  22. Great job! Beautiful color. Interior matches up perfectly. That last pic with the trees looks like it belongs in a 4-4-2 dealer brochure!
  23. Sharp and tidy foil work! I think I'll use the masking tape trick on future foil work on my projects.
