  1. I seem to remember reading that Truth in Advertising laws had an impact on Box Art and forced many modeling companies to go to photographs instead of illustrations.
  2. Thank you for sharing your photo set up and the tip on where to find it. Great models too.
  3. Impressive build.
  4. Looking good! Congratulations on seeing it through to end.
  5. I like it, well done and accurate too!
  6. Ismael. I am glad to hear from you and impressed with your preparedness and positive attitude. Gary
  7. Aw yes, one of my favorite Dinos. Thank you for sharing it with us.
  8. Congratulations on a very well done build.
  9. I like your selections JC. The 300SL is a new on me though, is it an AMT issue? Here are a few of my favorites.
  10. I really appreciate the in progress photos. They are very helpful.
  11. The new additions are really looking good. Looking forward to your stairways.
  12. Looking good but a word of caution on the numbers. The number 7 at Le Mans was a 4 liter with an extra large hood bulge.
  13. I too have the pieces assembled to do this model and will be watching closely.
  14. Great subject and great build.
  15. The exhaust tubing is amazing as is the rest of the detailing.
  16. Rex, The Mustang 1 is the Automodello diecast now out of production and very expensive. The #15 is the is the Monogram slot car body narrowed 3/16 on a Fujimi chassis and interior. The #71 is the Mini Exotics version. The #1 1965 LM long nose is the Joker. The #6 is the Thunder Valley The #9 is the Le Mans Miniatures The 2017 Ford GT is the Carrera Slot Car.
  17. Seriously nice work Ron. Thanks for sharing.
  18. Ok, here is my Ford GT collection so far. Now lest you think I am taking sides on the "which came first, the chicken or the egg" discussion, I would have included the Lola MK6 GT if I had mine finished.
  19. OK, Peter you have forced me out in the open with your beautiful collection! Once upon a time (2003?) I got over ambitious and decided to do a GT40 evolution collection and burned myself out before finishing it. Still trying to finish it and have even added some more to build. Thank you Peter and Rex for the inspiration.
  20. It is looking really good Art.
  21. Really super builds. I like how your toned down the wheels to match the subtle appearance of the bodies.
  22. Impressive. The Leo Models offered some really great Alfa Romeo subjects in subscription series. While I agree with you the older BBuragos left a lot to be desired the newer releases have improved significantly and they are starting to release the Le Grandi Ferrari Collection under their own labels.
  23. I have done a few slot body backfills but they never came out of the mold looking this good. Well done on an excellent subject.
  24. Oh my, a beautiful build. The engine compartment is amazing.
