  1. Very nicely done!
  2. Oops. I cut up an Airfix kit to make the DB4 GT (shorter wheelbase) which ran at Le Mans in 1959 as #21. Well it wasn't a mint kit but a built up so I am not out the big money. :-) I read recently that AM would not give the DBs to the film makers but they loaned them and that yes one was a factory DB4 test car converted to be a DB5 look alike. It was on the web recently I think. Now back to our scheduled programing.
  3. The director looking out the window is my favorite!
  4. Sweet! Helped build an A Coupe in 1962 so I have a soft spot for them.
  5. Amazing accomplishment by PDMC, you are to be congratulated. A lot of very fine builds in the pictures.
  6. Really great progress, you are to be congratulated. Gary
  7. Nice, very nice.
  8. Snake, it is the same one. I am going through old stuff and came across the pictures and decided to share them. Thanks to all for your comments.
  9. The Corvette Grand Support is such an icon and before Accurate Miniatures started offering kits of the car I don't remember any kits. So I gathered up the pieces with a1964 MPC Corvette (one of my favorite kits) and set about making one. It took 2 bodies to get the opening parts right but I was pleased with the final outcome. Ismail may remember this one.
  10. Thank you David for identifying the TC. I have the Monogram and Finecast kits but did not recognize the one in the photos. Now I now what it is and it looks good. Gary
  11. David, Please identify the MG, is it a kit or diecast?
  12. David, The posing and stance of the mechanic and constable are spot on as is the MG. Excellent.
  13. Many years ago I flew into Dayton Ohio on a business trip and a friend let me know that Dollar General I think it was had Fujimi GT40s on sale for $4.00 each. I rushed over there and bought about 10 of them. I must have been quite a sight with this huge bag trying to get it into the overhead and then the bag broke!
  14. Thanks for your response. I might have to revert to light bulb filament if I can find some small enough.
  15. I like what you did with this kit. What did you use for the spring panel fasteners on the sides?
  16. Just getting caught up so congratulations on the response to your display. I am a fan of black and white photos because it allows you the viewer to use your imagination on the colors.
  17. I like what you did with the dio Pat.
  18. Looking good Pat. Interesting tidbit, this car started Le Mans on Firestones and then the rain came and they switched and finished the race on Goodyears.
  19. I like what you did with this old Porsche.
  20. I don't use the word cool very often but you sure deserve it this time.
  21. I like what you have done with this kit.
  22. Great craftsmanship.
  23. Very nice.
  24. Great project and so well done.
