  1. It has been a pleasure to see these again. Thank you for sharing them.
  2. My inventory list does not show the backcast master, but it was a clear vacuum form slot body.
  3. Yes, great project. I did the same as Dave and did a backcast and like Ken will do the Cunningham Lister.
  4. I really like what you have done with the GT350R. You really captured the look.
  5. The Cadillac Le Monstre is a 1/24 resin kit by Profil24.
  6. It has been a long wait but this 1950 Cunningham bodied Cadilac arrived today.
  7. Tim, I never would have guessed it was a SAICO dicast! You do know your Triumphs and it shows. Thanks for sharing.
  8. I am really happy to see your build. I have the NuNu kit which I bought as a replacement for the old Black Box kit which got such bad reviews.
  9. Thanks for posting, Ron. I think I will give it a try. Gary
  10. Well worth the effort you put into making the kit look super. The kit has always been a favorite of mine and you enhanced it.
  11. Thanks Trevor, The Elite is a Scuderia Scale vacuum formed styrene kit. I was very fortunate to get these kits back in the olden days.
  12. FWIW, here is a comparison of the Lotus 11 and its 1/24 and 1/25 scales and its English cousins. The AC ACE (Cobra conversion) and the Lotus Elite are 1/25 and the rest are 1/24.
  13. My favorites have to be the GT MKIVs. Really appreciate your posting these and good luck with move.
  14. Yes it is 1/24. I built mine but converted it to wide cockpit a long time ago.
  15. I like it a lot. Your build and decals are spot on.
  16. Very impressed with what you have done with this kit.
  17. Be still my beating heart. You did a great job and got all the details right. In the mid 70's I bought and restored a 1:1 split window so this is special to me.
  18. Well I guess I qualify for this group as I turned 78 in April. Been building models since 1958. Fortunately I am in fairly good shape but since a brain fart in 2018 I have tremors which have impacted what I can do on the bench.
  19. Truly amazing finds. Normally I would thank you for posting but I am too jealous.?
  20. Bingo! I found the kit on the bay. It is an AMT kit and not SMP. This must be the stock version I built from that kit. Hood still won't stay down after 62 years ?
  21. I did find this built up which looks like it used the parts. 1962 Chevrolet Corvette - Customizing kit - Amt (forumactif.org)
  22. I am afraid I do not have any information on the custom parts in the upper portion of the photo but will keep looking. I had them labeled as 1962 SMP kit. Sending you a PM.
  23. OK, I am truly impressed once again with what you have accomplished with these Corvettes. I still have the custom parts that came in the 1961 and 1962 SMP kits and had always intended to build them some day now you have provided some inspiration.
