You guys who do glue bombs are something else. Unless it's a very hard to find (read: expensive) kit, it's just not worth the headaches. Even then it would have to be something of extreme interest to me. I have so many kits on my shelf where I can create my own headaches , I would find it difficult to start from one. I have done a few disassemble, strip and repaint models that I got from club members, but they were hardly what I'd call glue-bombs. Keep saving those kits guys.

My apolgies for not being more involved here. Lately my hobby room has become the brooding room for my wifes new batch of chicks. They should be moving out to the pen this weekend.

Oh yes. Modern hemi for performance, reliability, and gas mileage. Modern suspension fore and aft, power steering and brakes. Something I can drive every day. And something like this for nice weather Sunday driving and rod runs.

I really kind of enjoy the Monogram 1/24 kits. They tend so be simpler, low parts count. Usually very inexpensive and I don't feel bad cutting them up. Sometimes the scale difference can be a good thing. 1/25 V10 in a 1/24 car. Looks perfect. Fit like a glove.

Trade for them. As many hot rod builders as we have here, there's bound to be some sets bouncing around some parts bins.

Not like it? Yeah, we really hate amazing work around here. It's a terricific job. The welds added to the headers is a great little detail. I will be watching.

Mr. Frazetta's work and especially the Death Dealer are iconic. People bought the Molly Hatchet records just for the album covers. I'm looking forward to seeing this completed. You'll have to come up with a dark backdrop and light it from above and behind the camera to really get some good moody pics.
