thank you Kit! both you and RRR have been inspirations for me through the years!!! Mock up is definitely my favorite part since I'm not building hot rods for a living anymore. My head is full of designs and ideas, this is how I get them out -

sat down for an hour and threw together a few last night. The model A is a drag city casting sitting on narrowed monogram woodie fenders. I have to find smaller front tires that fit those front wheels. the 29 roadster will be patterned off an actual car I want to build to race. my personal goal is 250 mph on the salt. Id also like to run El mirage in Socal and Loring Air Force base in Maine with it. My folks live 30 minutes away from the base. The Prowler is my attempt to make a Prowler cool...by throwing away everything but the body and then modifying that to make it sleek. I started making my detail list to nail down specifics on each kit. I have a few more I want to layout when I get some time -

haha, funny how quickly that happens. Ive had my 65 Comet for 26 years, because my father has one, he also had a 65 Falcon that was becoming our family drag car. I really dug your Falcon build. -

it doesnt take much, whomever built mine eliminated the front spring and left the rear stock -

Awesome! first thing you need to do is to get rid of the front spring, then it'll sit right haha -
SAME! Gives it that proper 60s era custom which I seem to be drawn too! another option is to chop the windshield and change up the proportions on the roof. The thing I dislike most is how fake the motor is haha. I do love the header exits though. Your build is one of the cleanest I've seen. Again, beautiful job!!

you did, you actually asked me if that would be OK when you widened the roof. thanks! there are more to come, I just haven't had time to sit down. I have however been working details out on motors, etc...The 34 pick up fpr example will have a blown Y block and belly burners. That linberg "32" I had to have as soon as I saw it. I'm gonna build another slightly more in my tastes, but that one will never be taken apart. It normally hangs out with my survivor Riv and trailer -
Ill do my best to get a few tomorrow. When I cleaned the model, I got the interior wet and the pipe cleaner wire rusted. Im still aggravated over it

which car had the "middle finger" haha -
some KILLER stuff!!! Ill play along, though I dont have many survivors the Riv has a pipecleaner Interior that I ruined like an idiot when I cleaned it. the only modification I made to it was a wheel swap.. I'll eventually clean it all up.. I'm looking for 3mm pie cleaner to redo the interior. The trailer and Lindberg hot rod pick up came from the same collection.

tonight's mock up. I ended up with this converted 3 window body and chassis, so of course I had to do something. I ended up modifying a T bed because it needed something. A friend of mine told me it looks like an old WW@ gas ration"pick up" got hot rodded. works for me! -
KILLER!!!

I really wish I could get a photo of how well the interior fits inside the body! -

tonight's mock up has a back story... saw a guy post on FB that he finally found one of these new in the box. I asked him if he'd be interested in selling me a pair of the headers, fenders and interior pieces. he said he'd gladly send me the pieces since he doesn't need them anymore...THIS showed up today...after I picked up my jaw, I went into harvest and mock up mode again. THE PLAN. I want to clean up one of the glue bombs and get it on the shelf. Im then gonna build one using a Revell body and nailhead, along with a pair of slicks and those chrome wheels from what I believe is an American Graffiti coupe
