  5. Thanks Scott!!! As you can see, Its morphed into a drag car as you originally planned! Time will tell where it goes from here, but I had to put it into the mix with the rest of the Hot rods!!! I have a few more thrown in there as of today
  6. thanks Bill. Mock up is where I hash out my ideas and clear my brain. In awhile, Ill get tired of looking at these and change them up haha
  7. the best part was my little guy helping me. he would go through my tire bin and place them near the 27 body. has the bug for sure
  8. needed to relax and its been too cold to work on my Comet in my unheated shop last night, so I dug out some more stuff to mock up. Mini tubbed the Vicky, put in some blue windows and started blocking my Scott Colmer 40 coupe body as well. my goal? no idea to be honest.
  9. thanks for the paint info Luke! The Sunny looks killer! as do the others!
  10. Coming together awesome! Takes me back!
  11. AWESOME BUILDS! what color did you use on the 409s valve covers and intake?
  12. I always thought it was one of their prettier cars haha
  13. always liked this era Chevy 2/nova Nice work as usual!!!
  14. You basically built one of my "list" trucks! Beautiful work!
  15. mine was a 79 coupe. 10 pt moly cage, full Wolfe tubular front suspension, 4 inch cowl, 5 lug svo front brakes, 5 lug 8.8., mini tubbed, real 18 inch 2000 cobra Rs it was a retired drag car that I was going to use as a fully gutted street driven drift car. I was going to put my 14 to 1 289 in it
  16. haha I originally bought it for the wheels and tires. I also build custom pickups so the seat will go well in one
  17. My aunt and Uncle both had Fieros after my uncle got tired of MGBs. His was a bright yellow 87 non GT, hers was a White 88 GT. Surprisingly fun little cars after he scienced out the suspension.
  18. I cant help but now I want one haha
  19. Im not a turquoise fan, (in fact, Im not a big fan of the whole 50s Doowop type "scene" haha) but that color is awesome, I also like what youre doing with the whole build one coupe in different styles!!!
  20. Man, did you channel Bobby Alloway for this??? you also hit the Ohio look HARD. Nice work!
  21. I think it is almost always more fun haha Thank you! Ive done my best in the last few years to fully organize stuff. Its hard because Im restoring a house, and my 3 buildings (shop, barn and garage) constantly moving things around etc but so far Ive been fairly successful.
  22. this is going to be good! whats the trans off of? Rat roadster?
  23. decided to sit down and pull some stuff out of my hot rod boxes. the blue pick up is an old Lindberg survivor, the 3 window and 4 door are Drag City Castings, the Vicky is an unknown resin. ill eventually finish the chop on the pick up and 5 window. as you can see I'm mainly into 60s era drag Inspired stuff (the plan isn't a set of billets on the 4 door) idk when I'll get back on these due to life BUT I have all the kits and parts needed between my kits and parts boxes.
