  1. as others have stated, you could get the dual quads, and the webers on the 289, and you are correct that it would be a B/FX class car. The previous year Comet were very similar in visuals for both A and B/fx classes so if you look at those youll have an idea on what mods were done. Only 2 A/FX falcons were built. All of this Im sure youre aware of haha
  2. look up Littleman_davelohr on instagram. His henry J is killer
  3. Thanks Mike!
  4. my 65..Ive owned her since 95. Bought her at 15. Currently has a 14 to1 289 in it. Just an old street brawler..One of these days Ill finish the hood I moulded back in spring of 05 for it
  5. the side "skirts" are Called Splash Aprons from the factory. Back in the 40s, it was very common to see hot rod Model As still have them on with the fenders removed due to fender laws . Most would drive to the lake bed, pull the fenders and race. you need to pull the body to remove the them The roadster you posted the photo of is owned by my friends Eli And Lisa English
  6. all that work and it does roll....slacker for the record, it looks badass!
  7. wheels are Magnesium, it gets darker with age if they are not polished constantly etc (its actually "corrosion" to an extent).. I actually think it makes a car look meaner with them dark
  8. I remember that one from street rodder! I was about 14 haha

  16. LOOKS AMAZING RANDY!!!!! Im not a big sports car type fan, but the early ones were just down right elegant and sexy!!! I actually study them for hot rod ideas. Being a fabricator for a profession makes me fall in love

  18. Ill be watching for sure.
  19. i just picked one of these up, IM hoping it will be a fun litle project
  20. you cant just stop here!!!!! I love that interior
  21. It really does look like old checked lacquer!!! I know it wasnt your intended finish, but it could work well if you weather the rest of the model.
  22. the way they separated the roof reminds me of Buddy Ohanesians 40 Mercury and I think thats why it popped into my head.. if you look up Rik Hoving, youll get lost for hours researching period customs haha
  23. thats screaming to be a 40s/early 50s era custom with a removable hardtop...some sombrero hubcaps, tail dragger stance etc
