  19. Building the cars from The Simpsons has been a long-term goal, though the only one I've finished so far has been the Family Sedan (posted here). In trying to figure out which one to build next, I decided to go in order of their appearances in what remains one of my all-time favorite games, The Simpsons: Hit & Run. The sedan was the default car in level 1, so next up ought to be the default car from level 2, the Honor Roller soapbox racer. It's a full scratch build, and while not terribly complicated the inconsistency of animation plus the changes made for the game meant there was a lot of wiggle room. The end result is a kind of hybrid of all its appearances that hopefully captures the feel of the racer. As always, any comments/criticisms are welcome.
