  1. Excellent work on both of them!
  2. Great looking group, nice work!
  3. Nicely done!
  4. Thanks, guys!
  5. Thank you!
  6. Awesome work on all three! And for the record, your ScaleCorvettes site was a big help this year, even in its retirement.
  7. Great looking classics!
  8. I did some further checking, and it looks like you should have a part #16 that forms the inside of the roll bar and fits those two pins. And yes, it should sandwich a brake light (referenced as part #81) between the inner and outer halves of the bar. So if you don't have those, it looks like you've got an incomplete kit.
  9. Sure thing! This year will be "Toys and Games" - everything I build will be a project inspired by a video game, a toy from my youth, or will be built out of a toy. Last year, it was "Music" - models inspired by cars from music videos, musicals, TV show jingles/songs, or bands. 2021 was "Unfinished Business" - every project had to be something I had previously started but never finished. I found it to be a big help focusing both my time and my spending: if I know there's no way I'd get to work on a particular model for months or years, it makes it a lot easier to pass on a new purchase.
  10. Thank you!
  11. Fantastic work, very realistic!
  12. Looks great, very clean! And you're right, the new decals are light years better than what was in the original kit.
  13. Very clean work, those look great!
  14. Excellent!
  15. Probably the nicest build of this kit I've ever seen. Excellent work!
  16. Beautiful work!
  17. Thanks! It helped a lot when I backed off getting bogged down in my screw-ups, and got back to just enjoying the hobby.
  18. Thanks guys! Much appreciated! I think there are about six different "black" paints used to try to mix things up a little bit.
  19. That looks sharp, nicely done! Any issues swapping in the '71 parts?
  20. Some great looking builds, nice to see a Cannonball Run ambulance finished!
  21. A little bit of guessing here since I don't have that particular release, but the rear window in the first generation Viper was removable and kit/diecast makers usually leave it out as well. Do you have a photo of the pins? Wondering if they may be a remnant of the GTS tooling.
  22. Every year I come up with a theme, and work on that theme from January through December. It always gets a little rushed at the end of the year, so this year my resolution is that the end of November is my new cutoff, so I can have a more relaxed holiday.
  23. Thank you!
