  1. That Ford looks great, a near-perfect plain brown wrapper.
  2. Excellent work! Glad to see I'm not the only one shaking my head at the official Monte Carlo diecast.
  3. Great looking pair, those colors really pop!
  4. Thanks, guys! That was my first thought, too, but comparing survivor Impalas to the Mythbusters car this one looked consistently darker. Between that, the patchiness in some places, and the missing trim, my guess is that it was repainted at some point by someone attempting to hit Tropic Turqouise and being happy with "close enough." I think your idea of Testors Teal would be right for it.
  5. Very nice, I like the clean and simple look.
  6. Excellent work on this!
  7. They don't come much cleaner than this, beautiful work!
  8. Excellent work as usual, I like your more refined look.
  9. An impressive amount of work for a great little showpiece - nicely done!
  10. Excellent job on this, nice to see a Blue Mule here!
  11. Just wrapped this up after a 10+ year hiatus. It's based on the Modelhaus kit, which was the only '66 available at the time...until I was about halfway through and Revell announced their upcoming full detail kit. But I'm trying to knock off a few of these long-delayed projects, so here it is. I lowered the front suspension, modified the trim to match the show car, and painted it Tamiya Clear Blue over British Green to try to get the car's unique color. The wheels are from a Monogram Z/28, the bench seat, steering wheel, and mirrors are from my parts bos, and the rocket assembly is scratch built. As always, comments/criticisms are welcome.
  12. Good to see Bobby's Chevelle, nice work!
  13. Nicely done! I do wish someone would make a Cherokee kit, it'd be a useful addition to the stash.
  14. Very clean, that looks fantastic.

  21. Same here, there were so many great pics lost to that whole mess.
  22. Batman and the Tumbler look great, nice job on them!
  23. From 1866 until 2013, the ASPCA's Humane Law Enforcement Division investigated and enforced humane laws in the New York City area. Their equipment included marked patrol cars, which I've recreated one of here using Motormax's standard Crown Vic with a modified light bar and custom decals. The officer and dog were figures by Master Box and Atelier iT, respectively, modified with a head swpa for the officer and a vest for the dog.
