  1. Nice! I wasn't even aware they made this kit.
  2. Yep, Watanabes and Nissan/Datsun is as classic of a combo as Ferrari and Borrani - very cool and period correct look!
  3. Looks great!
  4. Oh boy. That's a rough kit
  5. Looks outstanding! Love these old Z-cars. Great choice of wheels too!
  6. One of the best Tamiya kits as far as the fit and design goes. Everything is done top notch.
  7. Thanks guys. I have more done, just need to take pictures - will update asap.
  8. Nice build! Couple of things I would do differently - window trim looks a bit uneven - a nice gloss trim would do wonders for the look of the model. The rear wheels are sticking too much, so I would see if I could push them in a bit, and maybe lower it a tad in the back as well. Other than that, it looks great!
  9. Great color!
  10. Thank you, much appreciated. Hopefully there is more still to be written in the story of ItalianHorses. Forza!
  11. Looks excellent with decals on!
  12. I think the color is a bit light, agree, but overall I think it suits it, give the car is a bit older.
  13. Looks absolutely beautiful. One to be proud of!
  14. What a transformation!
  15. Awesome looking Vette!
  16. Looks splendid!
  17. Thanks! Sure, I just took a 10 year long break! You know, totally burned out on those super-detail builds, had to walk away.... [/sarcasm font]
  18. 100% agree and I'm guilt of this myself! In he past, I have been buying useless PE sets just to make me feel better that I'm building this model with "upgraded parts" when in reality there was nothing "upgraded" about them. Typical marketing. Lately, I have been looking carefully at PE sheets to determine whether they would actually be useful, and 90% of the time I decide that I don't really need them.
  19. Why shocked? I love Miura.
  20. Thanks and glad to hear it. I knew I kept it up all these years for a reason!
  21. Cool project!
  22. Sticky surgical tape (I assume that's what you used for the blue set) also works great.
  23. Yep, that dashboard is a disaster as it comes. Remember spending quite some time on mine.
