    71 Duster

    Looks great.
  5. Hi Carl. It’s fairly new. I have both and transfer one to the other and both are fairly new. I also filter it between strippings to keep it clean.
  6. Well actually it was last night because I like to build after 9 P.m. It's always nice and peaceful then. I started working on a replica of my mechanics 1966 nova seeing the 1964 Comet I was working on is still in the purple pond. Been in there for over a week. Sprayed the Nova a week ago. It looked great. I was trying to do the foiling on the rocker panels using masking tape as a guide for the knife. Looked great. Pulled the masking tape off and it pulled a section of the black paint off. So that is in the purple pond also. Ugh.
  7. Since I had to buy into Medicare. I've had nothing but problems. Can't cancel my insurance because the wife needs it to cover her Psoriatic Arthritis meds. What I have found id there are prescriptions my doctor has ordered for me in the past. But Medicare doesn't cover it so either does my insurance have to cover it anymore. So next year will be an eye opener when my wire has to be on Medicare and then we'll find out if her scripts will still be covered. She is on Otezla and that is $3857.48 per month. Luckily my insurance covers it now. Don't know what all happen next April.
  8. Looks great. Nice color choice.
  9. Nice Ray.
  10. Excellent. Better than my builds. ?
  11. Really nice looking. Love the colors.
  12. Very cool looking Michelle.
  13. Excellent Ray. Really nice.
  14. Oh this is going to be really nice. ?
  15. Mine isn't from caffeine. LOL. I usually do this in the late evening when it's dark and quiet. But I have bright lights on. A direct suspended over head light directly over my work area so it is bright enough.
  16. Thanks for the input guys. Glad I'm not alone. ?
  17. Mike. I used Duplicolor primer, paint and clear coat. Some has come off there the knife went astray while trying to foil. And I'm going to try taping when I get back to it Bob. Thanks guys.
  18. I’ll try it once it’s striped. But the paint only came off the small areas my knife went haywire. Lol
  19. Bob. The seats look great. And I thank you and Steve for the words of encouragement. Main problem is not how many lights I have to what I’m doing. I can’t distinguish what is the edge of the trim or body design on the side because of the black paint. But I will continue to work at it.
  20. Still in the purple pond. The paint doesn't seem to want to come off. Ugh!
