That is a pretty cool interior. Seeing other peoples builds is making the GMC truck start to grow on me.

My first car was a 68 Malibu. By the time I got it in 78 is was kinda faded Ivory Gold. I remember the interior being kind of a greenish gold. Ivory exterior with a grey/green CLOTH interior was an option on 68 Malibu's.

When you assemble THEN paint, do you have any issues with the paint ghosting or shadowing. When it is stopped by whatever protrusion is closest?

I have run into that swirl problem as well. It is a risk you take when skipping primer.

Thanks for the info. We go through very little wine in my house. I do not drink at all and my wife has a glass rarely. I have not progressed to the point of replicating damage or weathering on my models. I still like shiny and new. (I work on old junk every day). I too use the ACME website. My MS Paint program permits me to reduce print size vs. file size which get the size down without getting fuzzy or pixelated.
