  1. Goodness Steven, that is looking even greater. Beautiful job on the top and just love the dog-dishes?
  2. Hi Roman....I was searching for anyone who built this kit. I'm in the process of getting ready to paint a doner body that a fellow member sent me since I painted the original kit, messed it up, redid it and was still not happy with it. Anyway, on the first body I went ahead and glued the front bumper on and after the painting tried to get the headlight bezels in and the fit is terrible. So, on the doner body I'm putting the bezels in the bumper before painting and it is nothing but a pain in the beee-hind. I know it's been quite a while since you did this but do you remember issues with this. Just curious and if anyone else has done this kit, I'd like to hear from you. Thanks, Mike
  3. Lookin good John. Since the darn chrome BMF sucks now I will try the matte in hopes maybe it sticks better. Looks good to me? BTW, the color is great on it!!
  4. Wow, just wow Marco, I love it. Makes me wanna start on the one I have had for a while. Gr8888888888 job??
  5. Wow, what a cool llooking Camaro, you "fabricators" just kill me. Already impressive work Steve? , I'm a watchin'!!
  6. Big tri-5 fan here especially '57's, very nice job on all 3 Jonathan? I actually think I like the black one.
  7. Safe to say that one lives in the rust zone? Great and impressive work there Mario?
  8. Yep, thats real looker?
  9. Thats a sharp looking '65 Mike?
  10. Now that's one great looking big Pontiac Claude?
  11. Believe me Buddy, you will want the cutter. Just cleaner and straight cuts.
  12. I'm just cu I'm just curious John, why did you have to use filler on the pillar, it looked fine in the unpainted pics?
  13. Get a tubing cutter Bob, I think K&S makes them and it's at HL.
  14. That's good to know, I guess I'll give it a try. Thanks.
  15. Hey there Mark. Looking good so far Buddy, will be interested to see your header construction. I used solder on one set I built and aluminum wire on another. I think I preferred the aluminum wire. Good luck.
  16. Yes, if I pull the trigger back part of the way it is just air, then I pull it the rest of the way and the paint comes out. As far as I know I can't just get a small about to come out by partially pulling the trigger back but I haven't tried it. Not sure why you would want a small amout of paint to come out.
  17. I also use Future over the foil. I asked a question a while back to any matte finish foil users.....does the matte foil maybe stick better????
  18. I issed this one yesterday, Very nice Challenger Mario?
  19. I guess I don't understand the dual action thing as far as using it. The Proton 275 I have is dual action but I just pull the trigger all the way back and go. Am I not using it right?? I also have the "NO_NAME" air compressor from Spraygunner. So far so good for general model painting Quiet and hold pressure while spraying.
  20. That really is a cool car you're baby sitting Steve. I'm surprised there is not a Hellcat model kit. Maybe one day.
  21. Please let us know if the Matte Aluminum sticks Bill. I don't know when the "new" cr*p started being not too sticky but I'm pretty sure what I have left was bought before February. I do agree with you about the trim pieces on the older cars not being as shiny as bumpers, especially the ones with stainless trim.
  22. That would probably work if I could find one.
  23. Man that scoop was used a lot!!
  24. Well it sure looks good to me Buddy??
