  1. Hard to pick a winner there for me, but yeah the color and paint job on the Charger is outstanding ?
  2. Wow, what a rough life that poor car has had, ouch?
  3. Any more progress on this bad boy Dann??
  4. Thanks Snake. Thing is I already have a body that I have done a couple of mods on ready to be top coated. I have the whole '63 model so engine not an issue. I'm just not happy with the moulded in front and rear suspensions and exhaust system. And, I really don't think have the expertise to do all work it would take to modify it to be more realistic.
  5. I missed this one when you first posted it. Yous asked for comments, and here's mine......It looks great!!!! ??
  6. That looks fantastic Jason, and the choice of wheels is right on!!??
  7. Just a question here. Does anyone know if the AMT '63 Split Window body would fit on a '67 Revell Corvette chassis and floorpan??
  8. Welcome Paul from a relatively "new old guy" I just restarted a couple years ago and I'm in my 70's. A lot of good folks on here willing to help. Enjoy.
  9. Ditto on those, I have the same and old ones in the odd shaped metal container.
  10. Thats gonna be a cool one Ray, I like where your going with this one!!?
  11. Keep it rolling there Mark. I got to thinking, do you know or if anyone else reads this, if the Revell '67 chassis and floorpan could be used with the AMT '63 body??
  12. Came out great, congrats!!?
  13. Great start Chaz my friend. You sure are getting a "production line" going on model builds!! I assume that plug wire question on the other thread is maybe applying to this build. You know where to PM me if you need any other help with that.
  14. Chaz, Chris at Morgan Automotive Detail sells the wired distributors in various color combos and he includes a slightly larger wire for the boots. Drill the holes (and yes you need small drill bits) big enough to slip in the "boots". I just put a small puddle of superglue on a piece of cardboard and dip the end of the boot in the glue then slip it into the hole. The same for the plug wire. Just my 2 cents worth LOL.
  15. And yet another cool wagon build on the forum, great job Mike?
  16. Man thats looking great Tom, color looks real nice on that car.?
  17. Same here south of Nashville. No mark-down on paints, kits 40% off........half empty model car shelves. Last day for the coupon, no kit worth buying. Bought an 87 cent bottle of craft paint??
  18. Sorry Chaz, just saw your post. I have seen those, seems like there is an issue with availability of Pegasus items.
  19. Very nice replica David, the teardrop hood came out great ?
  20. They are both awesome, but I really love the look of the Merc.?
  21. That's one wild and crazy wagon. Looks sooooo cool?
  22. Great looking 'Bird. ?
  23. They look great Greg, too deep of a shine won't be factory "authentic" any way. Love those cars!!
  24. Looks grrrreat Chaz my friend!! Sending you a PM.
  25. Thanks Robert. Very nice car but with 350R front valence and wheels. Also for some reason it looks like it has a roll bar. I have a 2d kit and its kinda the way I want to build it. It's why I was asking in the Wanted section if anyone had an R valence. I don't need to buy a whole 350R kit, 2 of these models is plenty enough for me LOL!! By the way where in TN are you located?
