Round 2 release of the 1/25 scale '69 Chevelle painted in Tamiya TS-58 Pearl Light Blue and topcoated with Testors Glosscote.

Beautifully reflective paint job. Which Tamiya color is this because it looks like a color I'd use on a build.

Great work all around and an excellent restoration on the Thunderbird. The color definitely suits the car.

Those are all fantastic Mike. I really like the '57 Chevy in that color combination and the '66 GTO with the vinyl top. Didn't realize there was a convertible version of the VW.

Those are all first rate builds. That Stingray Vette is incredible in terms of detail right down to the calipers.

Well those are all interesting and beautifully done models. Now.... I suppose that Missing Link '73 Chevelle isn't currently available but that would be something of a crown jewel in my collection.

Well they may not be for everyone but I've enjoyed building these kits since I've gotten back into the hobby the last two years..... Monogram/Revell Boss 302 or 429 '70 Mustang (wouldn't mind doing a Mach 1 either) AMT '65 Pontiac Bonneville or 2+2 (basic AMT kit that assembles nicely) Monogram '69 GTO (impressive looking body) Monogram Malibu SS-454 (like the larger 1/24 scale) AMT '70 Monte Carlo (despite a few challenges) AMT '66 Buick Wildcat (another basic AMT kit) Monogram Turbo Trans Am (looks great with the t-tops) Revell '66 GTO (one of the most detailed kits I've done so far) AMT '69 Buick Riviera (molded in chassis detail but I like taking the time to brush paint those types) Revell '77 Monte Carlo (snap kit but a very nicely detailed kit of a subject I greatly admire) In my collection I've yet to build the Revell '68-'69 Chevelle kits, and the Revell '69 Nova all of which are supposed to be great kits. I also have a number of the vintage Johan Cadillac models which I hope to be doing soon so that list could change.

Fantastic builds and you do have a talent for laying down flawless paint finishes.

Some interesting kits listed here. Not that I anticipate these kits being reissued but the late 60's full size Pontiacs and the late 70's Camaros would be great along with the '73 Caprice. As for the MPC version of the '72 Chevelle that's been previously discussed I'm not sure I'd be interested in that one despite my fondness for the 1:1 car. I have the early 80's SSlasher version and I'm not sure I'll ever build it. As evidenced in the pictures below the drivers side quarter window is completely misshaped. The door handles are out of place (though they could replaced with P/E versions) and there is no wheel opening moldings which would require styrene rods as replacements. And the AMT version of the '72 Chevelle is okay but for some reason the recent releases have a more generic egg crate grill.

Great work Tom and I'd eventually like to try a build using the weathered look you used on the Chevy pickup.

Followed these builds on SA last year and in addition to learning many techniques it's inspired me to raise the level of my builds.

Having recently built one of these I was quite curious myself as to what function that cylinder mounted on the drivers side inner fender well served. I didn't realize these cars had any sort of air leveling system until I read your comment. And according to Hemmings that cylinder is in fact part of the "Automatic Level Control" 1970-'71 Chevrolet Monte Carlo SS | Hemmings. Mystery solved.

That's a great build overall and the halo style vinyl top is superb. I have two more of these kits and would like to do one of them with a vinyl top such as your model .

Those are beautiful builds of some pretty rare models. I like the color of the '64 GTO and will have to try that mix of Tamiya paints on a future build of mine. That '71 or '72 Cougar looks superb in that color combination.

Roger you definitely have a talent for altering the appearance of a model. Great work.
