  1. There are some back on page two.
  2. Not sure if the panel truck (or whatever GM officially called it) and Suburban roof heights and greenhouses were the same, but I suspect looking through the body diagrams at the GM Heritage 'site would provide a clearer answer. I'm going to guess this forthcoming '66 Suburban is akin to the Rat Roaster-- based on earlier design work and very similar to earlier sibling kits, but not exactly the same with all-new molds this time. I doubt a 4-wheel drive version will happen, sad to say, but I second the idea for Round2 to try and steal some of Revell's thunder by reissuing the stock '60 Chevy Custom Fleetside kit.
  3. Or as Jesse hinted at, this, based on the Owens-Corning/Rebel Racer:
  4. I believe it was, and stock, would look much like this one: http://barrett-jackson.com/Events/Event/Details/1966-chevrolet-suburban-custom-wagon-61147
  5. Here are a few future releases I found listed on Stevens Int'l's 'site: 85-1269 - 1/25 Revell Anglia Drag Coupe (SSP). H-1269 was the original kit number for the "Skipper's Critter" version, so I'm guessing we'll see retro box art for this one.85-4409 -1/25 '66 Chevy Suburban Custom Truck (new tool)85-4411 - 1/25 '69 Yenko Corvette Coupe85-4426 - 1/25 Ford F-100 Pickup Truck - Foose Design (new tool)85-4429 - 1/24 1978 Mazda RX-7 2'n1
  6. Better buy a few, as according to Revell the kit will be: " An SSP release of the Chevy® Beretta Pro Street is available in limited quantities only, so get them while they last!"
  7. Make sure if you do find some, you buy them in person so you can make sure they are not cracked. I bought a few sheet of the tires sidewall lettering dry transfers (I'm assuming these are what you're asking about, and not water slide type decals) off eBay a year ago and none were usable due to cracking.
  8. Should be a few mentioned here: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/54715-lets-see-your-geegaws/
  9. Did any member here attend either show this weekend and get any more info?
  10. I updated the list for the final time in August and created a new post, so it still exists, but is no longer pinned: http://www.modelcarsmag.com/forums/topic/116221-aftermarket-directory/
  11. It reads to me like a mix of N.O.S. part and kits, as well as some reintroduced (the photoetched fret for the AMX, maybe some of the bumpers?) parts which were JOHAN (not JO-HAN) specific items. The addition of BMCP and Accucast (hmmm, don't recall much about that company.) only adds to the confusion, but I'm sure it will all come out in the next few weeks. I'm fairly confident Moebius has the actual molds (or access to) for the former JO-HAN kits they mentioned a few years ago, as Illinois Model Company (IMC) went through considerable expense in an attempt to bring at least one of them back, and the '59 Rambler was shown as a pending release within the last 12 months.
  12. YES, It was announced/shown/teased(?) about two years ago or so, but never made it through. All these reissued 1/16 AMT and MPC kits, and no '63 Vette...yet.
  13. Glad to see this kit come to fruition, and kudos to Round2 for spelling "Torq Thrust" correctly, too. I like how the faux-retro AMT style packaging worked out as well, and I don't forsee a ton of folks pining for the '90s-era Lindberg packaging to return...ever. Nice decal sheet, too.
  14. This is no guarantee that everything shown was 100% true in production, but it's a good starting point: http://www.hamtramck-historical.com/dealerships/1969ColorAndTrim-03.shtml
  15. I'm not worried. Ron will come through and mail the Torino out and we'll get it all buttoned up.
  16. Gah!...I did.
  17. The aim of this post is to list each aftermarket company and their contact info so all can be easily found in one "go to" post. If the company's phone number, e-mail address, etc. are listed on their website, please post only the website link. Please add a reply to this topic ONLY IF you have new or updated information to share-- new website, facebook page, a new company, etc. Thank you to all who have contributed so far. Please keep in mind this list is for companies which produce aftermarket products, not resellers nor mass merchandisers. ________________________________________________________________________________________ Here's the list of companies and their contact info, in alphabetical order: A&N Model Trucks - http://an-modeltrucks.com/ Acu-Stion - http://www.acustion.com/index.html2e.html Air Trax - raurata@yahoo.com Alpha Abrasives - http://www.alphaabrasives.com/hobby-abrasives.php Altered States Models - http://www.alteredstatesmodels.com/ Alumilite - http://www.alumilite.com/ American Industrial Truck Models (AITM) - http://www.aitruckmodels.com/ Archer Transfers - http://www.archertransfers.com/ Bandit Resins - http://www.banditresins.com/ Big Donkey Resin - http://www.bigdonkeyresin.com/ Billbozo Decals - http://www.bilbozode....com/index.html B-N-L Resins - http://www.b-n-lresins.com/ Bob's Paint - bobspaintetc@gmail.com https://www.facebook.com/Bobs-Paint-etc-335668269977149/ Calnaga Castings - http://hstrial-calnagacastings.homestead.com/mission.html Chuck Boener - stang1forever@yahoo.com Clearly Scale - http://clearlyscale.com clearlyscale@gmail.com Competition Resins - http://www.compresin...1597/page/45029 Crazy Scale Auto Parts - http://crazyscaleautoparts.cybrarygoddess.com/ Dirt Modeler - http://www.dirtmodel...ute=common/home Drag City Casting - lowcab36@epix.net Fireball Modelworks - http://www.fireballmodels.info/ Firebird Designs - http://firebird-designs.ecrater.com/ Freeman Cars - freemancars@yahoo.com futurattraction - http://www.futurattraction.com/index.html Gravity Colors - http://Gravitycolors.com GT KustomKhrome - tihggh01@hotmail.com Harts Parts Resins - http://www.hartspartsresin.com/ Hendrix Resin - http://resinrealm.net/Star/HendrixGallery/index.html IB Details - http://www.shapeways.com/shops/ibdetails Jimmy Flintstone - http://www.jimmyflintstonestudios.com/ Keith Marks Decals - http://public.fotki.com/mofobow/ Kit Form Services - http://www.kitformservices.com/ Kitchen Table Resins - http://public.fotki.com/KenK/kitchen_table_resin_kits/ Machined Aluminum Specialties: terry.kinnear@yahoo.com (814) 282-9244 Majestic Resin Australia - thezodiac@bigpond.com MCW Automotive Finishes - http://mcwfinishes.com/ Mill City Replicas - milcityrep@aol.com Millersport Custom Detail Parts - https://www.shapeways.com/shops/millersport-customs millersportcustoms@gmail.com Missing Link Resin Casters - https://www.facebook.com/missinglink.resincast kawifreek@msn.com The Model Car Garage - http://www.modelcargarage.com/store/pc/default.asp Modelhaus Tires - https://www.modelhaustires.com/ Models by Dave - http://modelsbydave.com/ Morgan Automotive Detail - http://www.madmodeling.com/store/ Motor City Resin Casters - http://www.motorcityresincasters.com/index2.htm Owencraft - http://www.owencraft.com/handle.html#index P & P Resin Works - http://www.ppvintage....com/index.html The Parts Box - http://thepartsbox.com/ Pegasus - http://www.pegasushobbies.com/rims.htm Pro Tech - http://protechmodelparts.com/index.htm Replicas & Miniatures Company of Maryland - replmincomd@aol.com The Resin Realm - http://www.resinrealm.net/ R B Motion - http://www.rbmotion.com/ Resin Model Ranch - http://www.rmrmodels.com/index.html Scale Finishes - http://scalefinishes.com/ Scale Hardware - http://www.modelmotorcars.com/scalehardware/ Scale Modeling by Chris - http://www.scalemodelingbychris.com/ Scale Production - http://www.scaleproduction.de/ Scale Repros Plus - http://www.scalereprosplus.com/index.php Scenes Unlimited - scenesunltd.com Slixx decals - http://www.slixx.com/ Smooth-On - http://www.smooth-on.com/ Sourkraut's Model Trucks - http://sourkrautsmodeltrucks.com/ Spaulding Trading and Shipping - http://www.stsmodeltrucks.com/ Speed City Resin http://www.speedcity...m/MoparPage.htm Star Models - http://www.resinrealm.net/Star/STARModels.html TDR Innovations - http://www.tdrcatalo...vlet/StoreFront Top End Decals - jackksmith@comcast.net VCG Resins - http://vcgresins.com/ Vintage Racing Miniatures - http://www.v-r-m.com/ Whoopie Kat Decals - http://whoopiekatdecals.com/ Wildhare Models - http://www.wildharemodels.com/
  18. You might try the roof from a Motormax Dodge Diplomat, but not sure how accurate those are. At least the '80 Volare can supply the hood, fenders, and bumpers you need. Also, be aware the F-body coupe and sedan/wagon windshields (and the angle of the A-pillars) is different, too.
  19. While this RR is a '79, it's wearing the 14" aluminum wheels you mention:
