  1. A look at Monogram's Morton Grove, IL, factory, circa 1962: https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/1499/craft-march-1962-monogram-article Hat top to Bill E. for posting the pic of Roger Harney, which got the ball roliing.
  2. Look for it in 2026, after the remaining 23 variants of the Ford pickup have been released...and the '64 and '65 Chevy IIs, and...
  3. Ah, the late '60s...?
  4. Here are the '69 Wildcat decals, too:
  5. As Mark said, take those box art illustrations with a grain of salt,.. Here's the original(?) instruction sheet, so you can see which parts were included: https://modelkitreviews.proboards.com/thread/470/1950-ford-convertible-trophy-series
  6. I would expect exactly that, especially since the surboard and roof rack pieces from the '65 Chevelle Surf Wagon kit were all-new and separately molded from the rest of the kit, as seen in hpiguy's video review:
  7. I did the same to use with the Revell '41 Chevy pickup...well, the cab and engine from the '41, at least. Hasn't progressed at all, and the Blitz isn't on the same level as the Revell '41bin most areas, but they will work together just fine after some work. The Blitz's engine seems huge to my eyes, but I'm not all that familiar with what it represents. Fortunately, the '41s engine is excellent, and will likely pass for what you are planning.
  8. MPC '84 Pontiac Fiero
  9. This. ^
  10. Yes. Just try to find some from earlier releases of the kit, as later release wheels can have molding issues:
  11. Some or all? You should contact Atlantis and ask them. No guarantee they will tell you, but I doubt there's a competing entity looking to beat Atlantis to the punch and reissue these Neo Classic kits. From Atlantis' FB page...you facebook haters should divert your gaze and look away. Atlantis Toy and Hobby Coming soon H1401 1955 Chevy Stake Truck with newly tooled glass for the kit for the first time! #Atlantiskits Look for more great Automotive announcements soon.
  12. Bummer. ? AAN-1401 1/48 1955 Chevrolet 2-Ton Stake Bed Truck
  13. See more test shots discussion here: Did you acquire the T-bolt test shot?
  14. I think I've watched all of Bill's videos after discovering them a few years ago. Who knew about bubble pumps? ? Always nice to see a well thought out, executed, and informative video on YouTube. More info about injection molding in this topic, too:
  15. Hobby Search also listed the 1/25 '56 Chevy Del Ray (4504):
  16. The Mach1 Mustang, Camarom and Duster were all reissued in the early '90s in the LUMINATORS series of Monogram kits, so they should be viable candidates for reissue, but we all know it's the Pinto, Gremlin, and Mustang II kits we desire. ?
  17. Could be, but... ...I doubt those particular kits. The Thunder Bug I really doubt, as Atlantis mentioned they finally obtained GM licensing, with no mention of VAG licensing. Not necessarily a deal killer, but I would think the Street Cleaner (Camaro), Super Taxi (Nova), Screamin' Vette are at least possible, since Revell-Monogram reissued the first two in 2000. I suspect Dave is being coy (understandably so) regarding which kits are forthcoming, but I'm betting on the construction series caricature kits-- Screamin' Skipshovel, Mountain Mover, Boss Bulldozer, and Extreme Shovel.
