  1. A couple photos of my old 1974 Toyota Celica. When I first purchased the car it had a vinyl roof, which I had removed when I had it painted.
  2. I have the Testors metal 1/18th 1930 Packard Brewster to build. Purchased it almost 30 years ago during a shopping trip to Bangor & Portland, Maine. Presently too busy being caregiver for my Dad, 93 years old and in poor health. I also purchased the Testors metal 1/18 Lincoln Zephyr at the same time. Mardens Surplus & Salvage has various locations in Maine used to carry a few older kits and they were priced quite low.
  3. Never heard of this car. Will be cool to see it completed.
  4. Is not this one of Jay Leno's favorite cars? Gonna be a cool thread, I can tell...
  5. Your turning this 57 T-Bird into a real beauty...
  6. I'm willing to bet, even Rembrandt had a blemish or two in his painting masterpieces. Your 36 is going to be incredible and an inspiration to me. Many cheers from Nova Scotia....
  7. Interesting kit and build for sure. Will be watching....
  8. Impressive work.
  9. Now that's cool...
  10. Sweet little hot rod. Love it....
  11. Love the 240Z, one of my favorite sports cars of all time. There are a few around here powered by small block Chevys and small block Fords, and that is the way I would build it. One owner with swapped in a Ford 289 and claims the 289 weighs less then the Datsun inline 6.
  12. Excellent...
  13. Gonna be cool..
  14. Off to a great start...
  15. Beautiful work on this beauty....
  16. What a waste of shelf space, I hope you picked up a couple of those GTOs for that price...
  17. Highboy roadster, I posted this photo on a couple of Facebook car groups. And I am confused about whether this is a 1932 or a Model A. The owner/builder had it registered as a Deuce, but a couple on the FB groups remarked it was a Model A and NOT a Deuce. Anyone care to comment on what it is? Photo take at 205 Atlantic Nationals, Moncton, New Brunswick, Canada - July 2005
  18. The model is of the Japanese version, so perhaps unlike North America their catalytic converter came at an earlier date? I do not know, just asking...
  19. Superb modeling.
  20. This is gonna be a very interesting thread. Look forward to your updates...
  21. Great looking Camaro. It appears you have everything under control with your model replica. Cheers from Nova Scotia...
  22. In the east, eh. I must check out some of the stores in Maine, next time I venture to Bangor or Portland. Cheers Ken
  23. I've not seen this car in model kit form prior. Is Model King a diecast company? I am not familiar with Model King. This is one head turner of a build.

Wow, this is a fantastic looking rod.
  25. Damn, that is one cool Mopar. Love your diorama settings, they make a very realistic looking photo. Do you make these dioramas from scratch?
