    Your Cooper is fantastic. Wonderful job. I really enjoyed watching it come together. I like the last photo with the Lotus XI. Not many cars are dwarfed by a Lotus XI, but the Cooper looks absolutley tiny. Thanks for sharing your great build.

    Yup, my recommendation as well. I also find that most of the Monogram 1/24 scale muscle car kits go together without much fuss.

    I see Micro-Mark sells a Badger branded paint filter Badger In-Jar Paint Filter (micromark.com) I bought one of these years ago, but have never tried it.

    I recently purchased some Aizu thin masking tape from Hobbylinc Japan, available in a few narrow widths. Haven't tried it yet, but the stuff has good reviews. The other tapes below are from HLJ as well, including Tamiya masking tape in widths of 1, 2, and 3 mm.

    Very nice! A very fine model can be built from these old, simple kits, as you have so clearly illustrated. A nice build from a blossoming era in Grand Prix racing machines.

    Cool! Nice build of one of F1's more interesting creations. Looks great. I miss the days when thinking outside the box was not only tolerated, it was encouraged. So much free-thinking engineering going on in the 60s and 70s. I was so glad that this car won a race, thereby validating the wild six-wheeled design.

    If you are looking for a decal solvent, you want MicroSol rather than MicroSet. However, I do find Tamiya Mark Fit Strong to be more aggressive than MicroSol. You should test it first on a spare decal from the sheet you intend to use, as it is strong enough to destroy some decals.
