Through a wholesaler I had a good working relationship with old Revell USA. We had input and was often asked to assist in product development. Forward to today and we have been trying to find someone in charge that will just give us common wholesaler information and we get no reply. So what new Revell will do is a total unknown....to us and many others in the biz.

IIRC all it was was the Ford 27 T with new hood, grille and 'Mothers radio' which is how the car spoke. I have a mint kit w/o box.

The NEW REVELL owns the current glue Gen 7 kit molds.......as to weather the spend cash to tool a Camaro or Mustang (or Toyota) we will have to see.

I build them all so whatever they do I want to see....... I hope that Atlantis steps up and invests in more kits......they laid out $$$$ for all those molds.....they need ROI.

Not sure....have not tried.......but the Chase Elliott SS would be easier way to get a good glue Cup Chevy.

Who's gonna have access to the info??? understand Atlantis is to show a list at a hobby show.....

Like when the hot rodders figured out Vega Wagons had the perfect roof filler for 30's era cars. A buddy of mine bought up dead Vega wagons, cut the roofs off and sold the rest for scrap. The hot rodders were paying about three times what he paid for the cars just for a ready roof!!

That era Revell Cup kits all had somewhat generic 'Chevy' engines.

It looks like we have two suppliers of TD kits now.........a different time from when we had no idea about what was going to happen to Revell.

Uncertain T is long gone.....have to be new tooling and the IP owner is......different. GT350 I can see easy.

VERY nice work........I have been gathering parts to do my own. As soon as REPROD Blue Beetle they reissued that kit.....so as soon as I finish FORD they will do the same!!! My BB Repro....

Dave and Moebius are out of stock on the 70 4X4 and 71 version. Both are being rerun now but no FIRM ETA as that can vary. But don't pay collector prices.....more on the way.

I like that....but I like big cars too.......COOL!
