    Beautiful Vette. I built one of these when I was a kid and painted it just like the box art. Using a brush of course.

    There are much better renditions of those wheels in other kits.

    Nice work! I like the way the black undercoat creates depth in the grille. I have often thought of masking and painting trim but am afraid the tape will pull up the paint.

    Hi Ray, nice to here from a fellow Floridian. I have lived in Jax most of my life so I'm familiar with the tags.I was hoping that someone could point me to a kit that came with them. I seem to recall a Revell kit that came with them but can't remember which one.

    This is one of my pet peeves as well. I can think of only 2 kits that I managed to get the lower hose on.

    I used my coupon on the DecoColor and paid even less.

    I picked one up at Hobby Lobby that is labeled DecoColor Liquid Silver. Much cheaper than Molotow pens and seems to work very well. Just throwing this out there for the other tightwads like myself who don't want to pay 12 bucks for the Molotow.

    The old Mopars had manually adjustable torsion bars. I dropped the front of my old 66 Fury by cranking them down.

    That looks great! Are the front and rear custom parts from the AMT 57 Chevy? They sure look like it.

    You can also get the Touch and Tone paint at Auto Zone stores.
