High octane

That Dart is lookin' real good. On the engine, according to your photo and the plug wires it looks like your distributor is sitting pretty high.

I only use 'bout 3 coats of clear as I paint my car bodies using as little paint as necessary so I don't bury the chrome trim, the emblems, lettering, badges, etc.

I do the same, and polish the clear.

Cool find as I was in a very large train store/hobby shop yesterday lookin' for a station for my grandson's Lionel set. No station, but I did end up buyin' the switch, track, uncoupler, and bumper to create another siding (spur) and a caboose with lights and smoke. Good thing that I had gift cards to help me pay for that stuff.

While I don't have any of those cards today, I have seen them back-in-the -day in the Trophy series kits.
