  1. Nice work. Came out great.
  2. Sounds like the new kid isn't the problem. The tech is. The kid asked about how to do it and got bad info. Hopefully someone will mentor the kid and help him learn how to do things in tge proper way.
  3. For most of us we learn by making mistakes. As Dave has said the trixk is to avoid repeating that mistake again. And making mistakes is not limited to young mistakes, we all make mistakes but as we get older our experience can help us avoid them hopefully.
  4. X2
  5. Love it. Nicey done.
  6. Please reconsider. A less drastic option is to put him on your ignore list. That way you don't have to bother yourself with his comments and you can still enjoy in this wonderful site.
  7. I agree glad to see this bump. It is great threads like this that I learn so much from. The only reason I come to this site.
  8. Looking good. Cool idea.
  9. Although not a movie the Max Headroom tv series is even more relevant today. A harbinger of what has happened to tv programming. Also was spot on how technology has become so integrated into our lives. Well worth watching.
  10. This is important. Give Dave some information to invision so they can look into the problem. Second how many people are experiencing this problem. Some of the google ads have an x which has a menu for why you don't want to see an ad. One of the options is the ad covers content so it isn't just a phenomenon of the site.
  11. Odd way of doing business. Sounds like they have an inventory control issue. Wonder if they do the same for other products. If you order paint do they send a random colot?
  12. Some great ideas. Thanks for all the great tips guys.
  13. Nice work. Coming together nicely. More great kit bashing.
  14. Coming along nicely.

  16. Looks wicked in black.
  17. The effort to do the step results in a better final product. It is a much stronger joint. Definitely the work of a craftsman.
  18. Such clean work. Great to see techniques used for full size projects applied to model building. All that effort pays off in the quality of the final product.
  19. Looking forward to the release of this kit. Imho I hope the the suspension pieces are not chrome. Much easier to clean up the parts and get good glue joints. Several paint options for chrome.
  20. Glad to see this one finished. Great color choice and concept. Nice job of scratchbuilding and kitbashing.
