  1. A great project. Love the detailed step by step photos.
  2. Not today but Monday. Had a visit with my cardiologist. My blood pressure, cholesterol and A1c1 are both improved tremendously. Losing(50lbs) weight and making major dietary changes have paid off. Was taking a liptor generic but starting having problems with sore joints thus the dietary changes. Also because of the weight loss my dosage of blood pressure meds had to be reduced (office reading was 115/60) so the adjustments are at the right level now. As a result my next visit is 6 months which is a milestone. Now to get back to the bench to get some projects finished.
  3. Sounds to me like a paint adhesion issue and not an issue with your bare metal foil technique. Two things that might help would be eV to wipe down the body with alcohol. Also carefully sanding up to the edge of the chrome trim with 1000 or 1500 grit sand paper.
  4. Glad to see this on the bench. Very cool little rod.
  5. Cool. Great project. Coming along nicely. As far as the wire wheels there have been a couple of articles on how to replace the spokes wirh wire whixh woukd look really nice on this cool rod.
  6. Great save. Sometimes it just makes sense to step back from a project. Sometimes despite all the careful planning a key element is missed. I think it happens to everyone once in a while. Its how you deal with ut that counts.
  7. Fine craftsman and design are two sides of a project. Ii always appreciate how well something is done. The design is the artistic side and is subjective. Its always a pleasure two elements done well.
  8. Ever update is such a treat. More amazing details. An awe inspiring build.
  9. Great video. That is a very cool model. I remember it. A good design for a car has no bad angles. Matching the angle of the hood and trunk to the side trim is pure genius.
  10. Thanks Tim for another great review.
  11. Always enjoy seeing a new update on this stunning project. As always amazing work,
  12. Love this project. It's coming along nicely.
  13. Love it. Great colors. Very clean build.
  14. Nicely done. These kits always are a great way to try new techniques.
  15. Ouch. Gravity can be a nuisance at times. Great color choice. Hope you can eventually get it finished.
