  1. Is that just on the U-model or the DM as well? I'm guessing the DM, too, because it's the same cab & hood.
  2. Nice looking Hornet. Well done.
  3. I'm thinking that it would be a little too thick to use on a 1/25 scale model.
  4. Nice combination. I really like the paint job on the LoneStar.
  5. Must be those new-fangled 19th Century sails!
  6. Masts are coming along. What are all of those brass rings on the spars?
  7. Fantastic job. I like the ripper you made & the cages. Very well done.
  8. From what I've been told (by someone who know a heck of a lot more about Internationals than I) is that Testors Red 1203 is an almost exact match for International Red.
  9. That looks fantastic! Very well done.
  10. Pretty cool looking. Nice job.
  11. What they heck is a Perkins?
  12. Looks really nice. Kind of surprised to see a red engine under the hood with the gold Bulldog. Nice looking tanker-yanker. That's a lot of lemon juice!
  13. Interesting piece of history, David. Very cool.
  14. Looking really nice. If my painting came out like that, I'd call it a success!
  15. Yes, it does say that, but it doesn't specify what manufacturer it is. Could be Cummins.
  16. Mark, that does help, thanks. Hopefully an Internet search will bring up some photos.
  17. Hard to say. Looks like the only engines available from the factory for the 1969-1970 model year for the L700 were Dodge gasoline engines: http://www.olddodges.com/index1.htm Knowing the Tommy Ivo truck, it's highly modified.
  18. Wow! That looks fantastic! Great weathering on the frame.
  19. Interesting. Do you have any WIP photos? Did you have to cut the roof off?
  20. Mark, how difficult was it to re-rib the van roof? I have the Rescue Van issue of this kit. At least, I think it's the same kit.
  21. Looking really nice, Brian. You're giving me some good ideas for when (if) I ever build mine.
  22. Thanks, Charles. 60km/h (37mph) doesn't seem very fast for a highway.
  23. Looks awesome, Charles. Fantastic weathering job. What do the numbers (90, 80, 60) on the rear of the cab signify? I've seen these on European trucks, and I've always wondered.
  24. Interesting. How are you planning on stepping the masts?
