  1. I was just looking and unless I missed something, there isn't that much difference between the standard F85 convertible and the 442 for '64. Looks to be mechanical stuff you would not see in a model, like beefier motor and chassis upgrades. The only real difference is the 442 emblems/badging that are added. These could be replicated if someone does a photo etch set.
  2. While it looks like it was a pretty nice build the first time, you did a great job on the resto. The color combination is just perfect and you did a really neat and clean build overall!
  3. While not stock, Monogram did their pro stock and then current funny car and sprint car series in the 80's as well. These were great models with equally nice box art. I have always liked Monogram models, especially from this era. I was a kid, just starting to build. I remember buying all the muscle car kits when they were new.
  4. A good number of these discontinued kits were at Hobby Lobby too when they discounted their stock in the summer. They were marked down to around $7.
  5. Superb job! Love they way you did the wheels and tires.
  6. Great job! Nice job picking out the emblems and details.
  7. This is a model? I mistook it for a real car.?
  8. That's super sharp. Like the twin turbo v6 motor. Great color too!
  9. Great job! Love the color!
  10. Beautiful work. Great looking model! Love everything about it!
  11. I am thinking AMT '33 Willys, haven't tried it though.......
  12. Great job. You nailed the look!
  13. Definitely want both of these.....
  14. Hard to tell it is a model!! Very nice work, the details are outstanding!
  15. Very nice job! Your work is subtle, but expertly done. This is a beautiful blending of the truck and car parts!
  16. Nice job! Great colors and stance. The wheels work great on this build too.
  17. That's cool! Like the colors and concept. With the redlines it reminds me of a vintage Hot Wheels.
  18. Beautiful job! Love the color.
  19. I noticed it too, same with the '57 Chevy convertible. I think Revell will make them again, if they get rolling. These aren't that old and I don't think anything happened to the molds.
  20. If you are looking to build a Hemi car, the Fireball 500 kit has the same chassis with no exhaust molded in and is not that hard to find. I think this is the way I will go after looking at the kit. I will also try to do something about the front fenderwells if I go this route.
  21. Will buy a couple of these and more of the coupes when/if they become available. Glad this one has a Chevy in it now.
  22. Nice job! I am thinking of building mine "stockish", like yours, maybe with a slight lift. I am probably going to swap in, dare I say, a small block Chevy. I know the engine in the kit is wrong, and I don't have any extra AMC engines and also don't want to buy another kit AMC kit to steal parts from. I do have plenty of SMBCs though and it seems to be a common swap.
  23. Very nice!
