  1. Great job! Love the color choices!
  2. Nice build! The cockpit area looks especially convincing. Sticking with it paid off!! I've got one or two of these in the stash, as well as a Hobby Craft version, but have yet to work them in to the rotation. I hope I can achieve your level of finish.
  3. Congrats on a good year, man! These are top-shelf builds, and I have to echo the feelings of others here that the Olds is just GORGEOUS! You really nailed a realistic appearance, and the colors are outstanding. Like 'em all, but the Warbucks Falcon is another personal fave, and you did her much justice. REALLY looking forward to seeing what you accomplish this year!
  4. Here's another option possible via the file and a little bondo: Diggin' this build!
  5. Oh yeah, that is looking MUCH better!
  6. Glitterbug was my first ever Deal's Wheels kit as a kid, and remains one of my favorites to this day. Really nice job you've done here, that flake is groovy!
  7. Really nice!
  8. Picked up a couple of these kits just for the nice 1/24 hot rod parts for older kits, but this makes a very nice display piece as you've built it. Good job!
  9. Ditto! The more I look at the color, the more I like it; very out-of-the-ordinary, and just very attractive two-tone in general!
  10. Love these not-often-seen-built planes. Very cool styling on this one, looks so purposeful and solid.
  11. Looking at your floor pan, you may want to pull back on your spraying technique. I'm seeing a lot of puddling of paint in low areas, and paint drawing away from high points and edges. This is what happens when you spray paint too heavy/wet hoping for quick coverage. Light mist coats first, with ample dry time between will yield a much better finished appearance. Some paints are worse than others exhibiting this effect, but the cure is the same for all. Your build is looking very nice so far, I'd hate to see the paint bring it down! Good luck and keep it coming!
  12. I think the chrome wheels add a splash of bling! White cars can look plain; but I get it for a stock car racer that the steel wheels would be "right", BUT, a vinyl top on a race car? Nope.
  13. Engine and exhaust paint and detailing look especially nice.
  14. You had a great modeling year! Love your color choices, and the fact you build the big cars I remember as a kid. Very tasteful custom work, as well!
  15. A fine year! If I may ask, what color/paint did you use on the Mopar?
  16. Congrats! These are NICE!!
  17. That is such a stylish color combo; very attractive! Beautiful work here.
  18. Nice choice! Looking forward to your progress on this one; a great looking jet even today! I have a few of the classic Monogram 1/48 kits, and they can build nicely, but I'm really anxious to see how this one looks. Following.
  19. I spy a couple of He-111s in your stash; one of my favorite warplanes, it just looks menacing even when sitting still.
  20. Shaping up nicely!
  21. That is beautiful!
  22. Actually, the '64 base interior is fairly close to the '63 SS interior. I'd start there, and re-scribe a bit as needed.
  23. At that scale, you can almost build a real boat just as quickly!? Should look sweet when done; looks like you are meticulous in your craftsmanship.
